特高壓直流瓷絕緣子鐵帽加速電腐蝕試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:目前,多條-800 kV直流輸電線路出現(xiàn)大面積V串瓷絕緣子鐵帽電腐蝕現(xiàn)象,給輸電線路安全運(yùn)行造成重大隱患。搭建了V串瓷絕緣子鐵帽加速電腐蝕試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),提出了一種采用滴水法模擬現(xiàn)場瓷絕緣子鐵帽電腐蝕情況的試驗(yàn)方法,并采用該方法對特高壓線路瓷絕緣子鐵帽進(jìn)行了加速電腐蝕試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用該方法獲得的鐵帽電腐蝕區(qū)域的參數(shù)與現(xiàn)場電腐蝕情況差別在10%之內(nèi),具有良好的等效性;在長期的液體環(huán)境下,運(yùn)行線路負(fù)極性側(cè)瓷絕緣子鐵帽發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的電腐蝕,當(dāng)損失電荷量為80 000 C時(shí),鐵帽電腐蝕深度達(dá)12.2 mm;絕緣子鐵帽加裝保護(hù)鋅環(huán)可以改變鐵帽電腐蝕的起始點(diǎn)和方向,并且鋅環(huán)首先發(fā)生電腐蝕,因此,鋅環(huán)對鐵帽電腐蝕問題具有明顯的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:At present, a large area of V-string porcelain insulator iron cap is corroded in many -800 kV HVDC transmission lines, which causes great hidden trouble to the safe operation of transmission lines. An accelerated electric corrosion test platform for V series porcelain insulators was set up, and a test method was put forward to simulate the electric corrosion of ceramic insulators in the field by drip method. The accelerated electric corrosion test of porcelain insulator cap for UHV transmission line was carried out by using this method. The experimental results show that the parameters of the electric corrosion zone of the iron cap obtained by this method are within 10% of the in-situ electric corrosion conditions, and have good equivalence in the long term liquid environment. The negative side porcelain insulator cap of the running line has serious electric corrosion. When the loss of charge is 80 000 C, the electric corrosion depth of the cap reaches 12.2 mm. The starting point and direction of the cap electric corrosion can be changed by adding protective zinc ring to the insulator iron cap. The zinc ring is the first to take place the electric corrosion, therefore, the zinc ring has the obvious inhibition to the iron cap electric corrosion problem.
