【摘要】：在全球化和人類活動(dòng)向海洋擴(kuò)張的背景下,作為總體性人地關(guān)系一個(gè)組成部分的人海關(guān)系正變得日益復(fù)雜和重要,亟需對其進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)性的理論解讀,以整合和指導(dǎo)具體研究的展開。人海關(guān)系地域系統(tǒng)包括人類、海洋和陸地3個(gè)基本組成部分。其中,人類具有自然和社會(huì)2種基本屬性,受人類活動(dòng)影響的海洋和陸地具有自然、社會(huì)和關(guān)系3種基本屬性。人類與海洋、人類與陸地和海洋與陸地之間的互動(dòng)構(gòu)成了人海關(guān)系地域系統(tǒng)中最基本的相互關(guān)系,其不同組合和演變塑造出了具體、多樣的人海關(guān)系地域系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)前人海關(guān)系地域系統(tǒng)的研究重點(diǎn)包括海洋觀、海洋的開發(fā)與保護(hù)、國際海洋關(guān)系、陸海統(tǒng)籌和海洋社會(huì)5個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization and the expansion of human activities to the sea, the human-sea relationship, as an integral part of the overall human-land relationship, is becoming increasingly complex and important. The regional system of human-sea relationship includes three basic parts: human being, sea and land. Among them, human beings have two basic attributes: nature and society. The sea and land affected by human activities have three basic attributes: nature, society and relationship. The interaction between human beings and land and between sea and land constitutes the most basic interrelation in the regional system of human-sea relationship, and its different combination and evolution shape the concrete. The research emphasis of the regional system of man-sea relationship includes five aspects: ocean view, ocean development and protection, international ocean relationship, land and sea coordination and marine society.
