地震CT法在花崗巖球形風(fēng)化殘留體勘探中的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在城市盾構(gòu)隧道建設(shè)過程中,盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)若遇到花崗巖風(fēng)化殘留體(俗稱孤石),掘進(jìn)施工將非常困難,盾構(gòu)姿態(tài)難以控制,刀具磨損嚴(yán)重,刀盤和刀座易變形,常常會出現(xiàn)噴涌、塌方、刀盤被牢牢卡住或刀盤嚴(yán)重磨損等意外情況。為保證盾構(gòu)的順利掘進(jìn),需采用物探方法探測出隧道沿線孤石分布情況。針對南方地區(qū)花崗巖地層特征,采用數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用試驗(yàn)的方法開展花崗巖風(fēng)化殘留體的地震CT法探測技術(shù)研究,經(jīng)鉆探取芯驗(yàn)證與實(shí)際較吻合,解決了花崗巖風(fēng)化殘留體的準(zhǔn)確探測與定位的難題。提出的一些合理化建議可為今后類似城市地鐵工程施工提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the course of urban shield tunnel construction, if shield tunneling encounters granite weathering residual body (commonly known as solitary stone), tunneling construction will be very difficult, shield posture is difficult to control, tool wear is serious, cutter head and tool seat are easily deformed, and often spout will occur.Collapse, cutter head is firmly stuck or serious wear and tear of the cutter head and other accidents.In order to ensure the smooth excavation of shield, the distribution of solitary rock along the tunnel should be detected by geophysical exploration.According to the characteristics of granite strata in southern China, the seismic CT detection technique of granite weathering remains is studied by numerical simulation and field application test.The problem of accurate detection and location of granite weathering remains is solved.Some reasonable suggestions can be provided for the construction of similar urban subway projects in the future.
