城市快速通道瀝青面層的施工質(zhì)量控制

【摘要】:城市道路與一般公路存在著較大的差異,主要表現(xiàn)在:在公交車站牌處、排水檢查井以及地下管道埋置處等地極易出現(xiàn)路面病害。因此在其施工中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)其攤鋪、碾壓質(zhì)量控制,以保證其良好的路用性能。隨著城市道路交通量的增長,城市道路瀝青面層的施工質(zhì)量問題也日益凸顯出來,,主要表現(xiàn)在:原材料的質(zhì)量問題、瀝青混合料的配合比設(shè)計(jì)問題、瀝青混合料拌和、運(yùn)輸、攤鋪以及碾壓等質(zhì)量控制問題。有必要加強(qiáng)對(duì)城市道路瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量的控制,并分析研究相關(guān)技術(shù)方案加以有效管理,提高城市道路瀝青路面的質(zhì)量。 本論文首先介紹了洛陽市國道310至吉利區(qū)新建公路工程的概況,然后根據(jù)其瀝青面層的結(jié)構(gòu)類型,提出了各結(jié)構(gòu)層的原材料與混合料的質(zhì)量控制的指標(biāo);在瀝青混合料配合比控制中,通過大量的試驗(yàn)分析研究,提出了優(yōu)化配合比設(shè)計(jì)的一些措施;針對(duì)城市道路施工的特殊性,對(duì)瀝青混合料的拌合廠的選址提出了建議;對(duì)瀝青混合料的拌和提出了從拌和設(shè)備的選型與試驗(yàn)檢測、拌和溫度控制等方面來進(jìn)行瀝青混合料拌和質(zhì)量控制;對(duì)運(yùn)輸過程,提出了瀝青混合料的保溫控制措施;對(duì)攤鋪碾壓過程,提出了應(yīng)從攤鋪與碾壓機(jī)械的選擇、攤鋪溫度與攤鋪厚度的控制、城市特殊地段的人工攤鋪工藝的選擇、壓路機(jī)的配備與碾壓程序的選擇、接縫處理等方面對(duì)其施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制;最后,分析研究了瀝青面層的壓實(shí)度、彎沉、構(gòu)造深度、滲水系數(shù)以及平整度等質(zhì)量評(píng)定方法。 通過本論文的研究可以得到的認(rèn)識(shí)有:各階段的質(zhì)量控制是城市道路瀝青面層的施工質(zhì)量的保證,城市道路的特殊性環(huán)境決定了其施工質(zhì)量控制方法的不同性以及各路用性能指標(biāo)的偏重性。
[Abstract]:There is a great difference between urban roads and general highways, mainly in the bus stop sign, drainage inspection wells and underground pipeline buried in places prone to pavement diseases.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen its spreading and rolling quality control in order to ensure its good road performance.With the increase of urban road traffic volume, the construction quality problems of asphalt surface layer of urban road have become increasingly prominent, mainly manifested in: the quality of raw materials, the mix ratio design of asphalt mixture, the mixing of asphalt mixture, the transportation of asphalt mixture,Paving and rolling and other quality control issues.It is necessary to strengthen the quality control of urban road asphalt pavement construction, and analyze and study the relevant technical schemes to effectively manage the quality of urban road asphalt pavement.This paper first introduces the general situation of the newly built highway project from 310 to Jili District of Luoyang City, then according to the structure type of asphalt surface layer, puts forward the quality control index of raw material and mixture of each structure layer.In the control of mixture ratio of asphalt mixture, through a lot of experimental analysis and research, some measures of optimizing mix proportion design are put forward, and suggestions on the location of mixing plant of asphalt mixture are put forward in view of the particularity of urban road construction.The quality control of asphalt mixture mixing is put forward from the aspects of mixing equipment selection and testing, mixing temperature control and so on, and the heat preservation control measures of asphalt mixture are put forward for the transportation process.The selection of paving and rolling machinery, the control of spreading temperature and spreading thickness, the selection of artificial paving process in special sections of the city, the installation of roller roller and the selection of rolling procedure are put forward.Finally, the quality evaluation methods of asphalt surface such as compactness, deflection, structural depth, seepage coefficient and smoothness are analyzed and studied.Through the research of this paper, we can get the following conclusions: the quality control of each stage is the guarantee of the construction quality of the asphalt surface of the city road.The special environment of urban roads determines the difference of construction quality control methods and the emphasis of performance indexes.
