用于薄層罩面的SMA-8組成設(shè)計(jì)、工藝及路用性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:SMA混合料路面自出現(xiàn)到目前已經(jīng)有很長的時(shí)間,在我國的應(yīng)用也有十多年的歷史。我國SMA常應(yīng)用于新建道路,而且最大公稱粒徑一般都大于13.2mm。在一些工程中,最大工程粒徑為9.5mm的SMA混合料也有過成功的應(yīng)用,但一般其最大粒徑都為13.2mmm,當(dāng)用于修筑更薄的罩面層時(shí),粒徑有些大,所以需要向更細(xì)粒徑方向著手研究。我國規(guī)范中的粒徑?jīng)]有8mm檔設(shè)置,從4.75mm直接到9.5mm。本文通過進(jìn)行不同級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)因素分析提出了SMA-8級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)要求,將SMA-8的9.5mmm通過率設(shè)計(jì)為100%,而利用特制8mm孔篩驗(yàn)證集料8mm篩孔通過率大于90%。SMA-8混合料最大公稱粒徑比SMA-10小,可以減小路面厚度,更適合作為薄層罩面用于預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)工程,而且比SMA-5的級(jí)配粗,更能保證路面的抗滑性能。首先結(jié)合2.36~4.75mm集料含量范圍對集料體特性的影響、最大公稱粒徑與路面厚度的匹配性以及結(jié)合其他比較成功的罩面層級(jí)配給出了SMA-8的級(jí)配范圍。對不同的級(jí)配設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了馬歇爾試驗(yàn),從油石比、兩檔粗集料配合比和關(guān)鍵篩孔通過率三方面分析了SMA-8的體積特性,結(jié)合兩種不同的溫拌劑對其擊實(shí)效果進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果表明,對體積指標(biāo)影響最大的是關(guān)鍵篩孔通過率,其次是油石比,兩檔粗集料含量比對體積指標(biāo)的影響最小。然后進(jìn)行了路用性能研究,分析了SMA-8以及不同溫拌劑摻量時(shí)的高溫性能、低溫性能和水穩(wěn)定性。最后通過小型直道加速加載試驗(yàn)對SMA-8等不同罩面層的長期性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)分析,表明SMA-8具有較好的長期性能及耐久性。
[Abstract]:SMA mixture pavement has been used in our country for more than ten years. In China, SMA is often used in newly built roads, and the maximum nominal particle size is generally larger than 13.2 mm. In some projects, the SMA mixture with the maximum engineering particle size of 9.5mm has been successfully applied, but generally its maximum particle size is 13.2mmm.When it is used to build a thinner overlay, the particle size is a little large, so it needs to be studied in the direction of finer particle size. The particle size in Chinese standard has no 8mm file setting, from 4.75mm directly to 9.5 mm. By analyzing the factors of different gradation design, this paper puts forward the design requirements of SMA-8 gradation. The 9.5mmm pass rate of SMA-8 is designed to be 100, while the pass rate of 8mm sieve of aggregate is larger than that of 90%.SMA-8 mixture, which is smaller than SMA-10 by using special 8mm sieve. It can reduce the thickness of the pavement, and is more suitable for preventive maintenance engineering as a thin layer covering, and can ensure the anti-skid performance of the pavement better than the gradation of SMA-5. Firstly, combining the effect of 2.36~4.75mm aggregate content range on aggregate properties, the matching of maximum nominal particle size with pavement thickness and other successful overlay levels, the gradation range of SMA-8 is given. Marshall test was carried out on different gradation design. The volume characteristics of SMA-8 were analyzed from three aspects: oil / stone ratio, mixture ratio of two coarse aggregate and pass rate of key sieve hole. The compaction effect of SMA-8 was analyzed by combining two different warm mixing agents. The results show that the most important influence on volume index is the pass rate of the key sieve hole, followed by the ratio of oil to stone, and the ratio of coarse aggregate content of two grades has the least effect on the volume index. Then the road performance was studied, and the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water stability of SMA-8 and different content of warm mixing agent were analyzed. Finally, the long term performance of different covering layers such as SMA-8 is analyzed by the accelerated loading test of small straight channel. The results show that SMA-8 has better long-term performance and durability.
