【摘要】：齒輪泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、工藝性好、價格低、工作可靠、對油液污染不敏感等特點(diǎn),因此,應(yīng)用廣泛。齒輪泵有流量脈動大以及徑向力不平衡的缺點(diǎn),所以需要一種新的結(jié)構(gòu),在研究非圓行星齒輪傳動時,發(fā)現(xiàn)它非常適合用作液壓泵,于是,提出了內(nèi)曲線行星齒輪泵。 這種具有非圓齒輪傳動的變?nèi)菀簤貉b置,由于有多個齒輪同時嚙合,避免了單對齒輪嚙合時的沖擊和噪聲,具有傳動平穩(wěn),沖擊小等特點(diǎn)。非圓中心輪外側(cè)是與其嚙合的行星齒輪,而行星輪又與內(nèi)曲線齒圈嚙合,前后是端蓋,其間是密封空間。轉(zhuǎn)軸使中心輪轉(zhuǎn)動,并帶動行星齒輪自轉(zhuǎn)與公轉(zhuǎn),導(dǎo)致密封空間容積變化,產(chǎn)生吸液與排液,實(shí)現(xiàn)泵的功能。該泵具有排量大、對油液的污染敏感性低及噪音小等特點(diǎn)。 本文首先介紹了內(nèi)曲線行星齒輪泵的國內(nèi)外的研究動態(tài)、水平、存在問題,研究的目的。 其次,簡明介紹了內(nèi)曲線行星齒輪泵中非圓行星齒輪系節(jié)曲線的原理,由此根據(jù)所列方程式在Matlab中編程,得到中心輪和內(nèi)齒圈的節(jié)曲線。在Proe中建立中心輪、內(nèi)齒圈和行星輪的模型,并且進(jìn)行裝配。 最后,根據(jù)模型研究腔的容積變化,由此來分析內(nèi)曲線行星齒輪泵的排量和脈動情況,并設(shè)計(jì)配流盤。 通過本論文的研究,可以為內(nèi)曲線行星齒輪泵的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù),尤其在內(nèi)曲線行星齒輪泵的排量方面,為后續(xù)研究了奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The gear pump has the characteristics of simple structure , good manufacturability , low price , reliable work and no sensitivity to oil - liquid pollution . Therefore , the gear pump has the disadvantages of large flow pulsation and unbalance of radial force , so it needs a new structure . When the non - circular planetary gear transmission is studied , it is found that it is very suitable for use as a hydraulic pump , and then an internal curve planetary gear pump is proposed . The invention relates to a variable - volume hydraulic device with a non - circular gear transmission , which has the characteristics of smooth transmission , small impact and the like due to the simultaneous engagement of a plurality of gears , and has the characteristics of smooth transmission and small impact . In this paper , the research progress , the level , the problems and the research purpose of the internal curve planetary gear pump are introduced . Secondly , the principle of the non - circular planetary gear train section curve of the internal curve planetary gear pump is introduced , and the section curve of the center wheel and the inner gear ring is obtained according to the listed equation in Matlab . The model of the center wheel , the inner gear ring and the planet wheel is established in Proe , and the assembly is carried out . Finally , according to the volume change of the model research chamber , the displacement and pulsation of the inner curve planetary gear pump are analyzed , and the distribution plate is designed . Through the research of this paper , we can provide the basis for the design of the inner curve planetary gear pump , especially the displacement of the inner curve planetary gear pump , which lays the foundation for the subsequent study .
