【摘要】:雙圓弧齒輪傳動(dòng)是近代發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種新型齒輪傳動(dòng)方式。對(duì)雙圓弧齒輪的彎曲強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行分析,在機(jī)械傳動(dòng)的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,建立比較實(shí)用的雙圓弧齒輪彎曲應(yīng)力數(shù)學(xué)模型,可以方便、快捷地求解雙圓弧齒輪任一點(diǎn)的彎曲應(yīng)力,具有一定的理論意義和工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。 論文首先評(píng)述了雙圓弧齒輪國(guó)內(nèi)外研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及其不足,分析比較了僅在凸齒處加載和在凸、凹齒處同時(shí)加載兩種不同加載方式時(shí)彎曲應(yīng)力的分布情況,得出結(jié)論:采取凸、凹齒同時(shí)加載的方式對(duì)雙圓弧齒輪的彎曲應(yīng)力進(jìn)行研究,比僅在凸齒處加載的安全可靠性更高。然后,采取凸、凹齒同時(shí)加載的方式,利用Pro/E軟件強(qiáng)大的參數(shù)化建模功能和Pro/Mechanica模塊的有限元分析功能,以及C語(yǔ)言及Excel的計(jì)算功能,基于折截面法和任意轉(zhuǎn)角位置的雙圓弧齒輪齒廓數(shù)學(xué)模型,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)新的雙圓弧齒輪彎曲應(yīng)力數(shù)學(xué)模型。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)新的彎曲應(yīng)力數(shù)學(xué)模型的理論計(jì)算值和有限元仿真計(jì)算值進(jìn)行分析比較,結(jié)果表明:用這兩種方法得到的彎曲應(yīng)力值非常接近。最后,應(yīng)用該彎曲應(yīng)力數(shù)學(xué)模型,詳細(xì)分析了在不同刀具參數(shù)情況下雙圓弧齒輪曲率半徑對(duì)輪齒彎曲應(yīng)力的影響規(guī)律。 應(yīng)用本文新的雙圓弧齒輪彎曲應(yīng)力數(shù)學(xué)模型,可以直接得到雙圓弧齒輪齒面上任一點(diǎn)的彎曲應(yīng)力值,方便快捷,簡(jiǎn)單易行,為雙圓弧齒輪的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了新的理論依據(jù),同時(shí)對(duì)研究新型齒形和促進(jìn)齒輪傳動(dòng)發(fā)展等都具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Double circular arc gear transmission is a new gear transmission mode of modern development. Analyze the bending strength of double circular arc gears, plays a vital role in the digital design of mechanical transmission. Therefore, the establishment of the double circular arc gear practical bending stress mathematical model, can be easily and quickly solve the double circular arc gear at any point of the bending stress, has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
This paper first reviewed the domestic and foreign research status of the double circular arc gear and its shortcomings analyzed only in the convex teeth and load distribution on the convex, concave tooth and loaded with two different loading modes when bending stress the conclusion: take the convex and concave tooth while loading way of double circular arc gear bending for the research, only in the safety and reliability of the convex teeth loaded at the higher. Then, take the convex and concave tooth while loading, finite element analysis using Pro/E software with powerful function of parametric modeling and Pro/Mechanica module, and the C language and Excel calculation function of double circular arc gear tooth bending mathematical model section and any corner position based on the mathematical model of bending stress of a double circular arc gear new constructed. After the new bending stress mathematical model of the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation calculation analysis The comparison shows that the bending stress values obtained by these two methods are very close. Finally, by applying the mathematical model of bending stress, the influence rule of the curvature radius of double circular arc gear on the bending stress of the gear is analyzed in detail under different tool parameters.
The application of mathematical model of bending stress of double circular arc gear new, can obtain the double circular arc gear tooth surface of a bending stress value, convenient, simple and provides a new theoretical basis for parametric design of double circular arc gear, and has very important significance and promote the development of gear transmission study on the new type of tooth shape.
