【摘要】：簡(jiǎn)要介紹AP1000核主泵葉輪的制造工藝和難點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)介紹葉輪在主泵性能試驗(yàn)后無(wú)損檢測(cè)中對(duì)工件表觀出現(xiàn)線性缺陷顯示問(wèn)題的處理過(guò)程,包括缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因分析、相關(guān)調(diào)查判斷、修改方案以及制造過(guò)程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)和后續(xù)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)造預(yù)防措施,以期為主泵的后續(xù)調(diào)試、運(yùn)行、維修以及國(guó)內(nèi)同類型產(chǎn)品的制造廠提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Briefly introduces the manufacturing process of AP1000 nuclear main pump impeller and the difficulty, focuses on the impeller of the main pump performance test after the nondestructive testing of workpiece surface view in the display process of linear defects, including the analysis of the causes of the defects, the relevant investigation and judgment, modification scheme and preventive measures experience in the manufacturing process and the subsequent quality supervision, follow-up debugging, to the main pump operation, to provide a reference for factory manufacturing and maintenance, the domestic products of the same type.
