屏蔽電機(jī)主泵上徑向軸承特性研究

【摘要】:上徑向軸承作為屏蔽電機(jī)主泵中的關(guān)鍵部件,其性能對(duì)核主泵的安全運(yùn)行有著重要影響。上徑向軸承結(jié)構(gòu)為水潤(rùn)滑可傾瓦徑向軸承,安裝在主泵電機(jī)內(nèi),長(zhǎng)期處于高壓環(huán)境中運(yùn)行,且運(yùn)行過(guò)程中要求潤(rùn)滑液溫度不超過(guò)80℃。由于屏蔽電機(jī)泵的特殊應(yīng)用范圍,國(guó)外對(duì)屏蔽電機(jī)泵的研究成果極少公開。本文圍繞上徑向軸承特性展開以下研究。 首先,調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于可傾瓦徑向軸承特性的影響因素和計(jì)算方法,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于水潤(rùn)滑軸承的計(jì)算方法,國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于軸承-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性分析研究進(jìn)展。 其次,依據(jù)屏蔽電機(jī)主泵已有數(shù)據(jù)及結(jié)構(gòu),利用CFD軟件FLUENT計(jì)算上徑向軸承在不同軸承間隙、寬徑比、瓦塊數(shù)、幾何預(yù)負(fù)荷、偏心率、潤(rùn)滑液進(jìn)口壓力、軸頸轉(zhuǎn)速、支點(diǎn)偏置率、支點(diǎn)分布以及瓦塊擺角下的壓力、承載力、偏位角、潤(rùn)滑液流量和溫度以及軸承的剛度和阻尼,并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,總結(jié)變化規(guī)律。 最后,將計(jì)算得到的軸承剛度和阻尼系數(shù)帶入二階動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,求解得到軸承的軸心軌跡,研究上述軸承幾何結(jié)構(gòu)以及運(yùn)行工況等參數(shù)對(duì)軸承穩(wěn)定性的影響;利用MATLAB程序?qū)ζ帘坞姍C(jī)主泵軸承-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,得到幾何結(jié)構(gòu)以及運(yùn)行工況等參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的影響。 基于以上對(duì)上徑向軸承特性、軸心軌跡以及軸承-轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速分析,對(duì)上徑向軸承的選用和設(shè)計(jì)提出參考依據(jù)。
