風(fēng)電行星輪系動(dòng)態(tài)傳動(dòng)特性分析
[Abstract]:Taking the planetary gear system with helical teeth in the gearbox of the wind turbine as the research object, considering the influence of the multi-gap of the planetary frame on the gear meshing, the nonlinear finite element model of the gear system is established, and the contact impact dynamics theory and the finite element method are combined. The dynamic meshing stress and root bending stress of the planetary gear train with oblique teeth are obtained. The characteristics and variation law of wind power gear transmission with different speed and torque are studied. The influence of rotation speed and torque on the characteristics of helical gear planetary transmission is analyzed. The meshing stress and tooth root bending stress of gear with different torque and rotation speed are compared. The results show that the rotational speed has a great effect on the meshing stress. When the rotational speed reaches a certain value, the stress in the gear meshing process reaches the minimum, and on this basis, the stress increases when the rotational speed increases or decreases, but the torque has little effect on the stress. However, increasing or decreasing to a certain extent will lead to gear gripping. It is suggested that the gear teeth should be practiced in order to reduce the stress of gear teeth.
