機(jī)械加工工藝資源環(huán)境屬性清單分析與綜合評(píng)價(jià)
[Abstract]:Machining technology refers to the process in which the blank shape, size and relative position are changed directly in a certain order by the method of mechanical processing, which makes it a qualified part. In the process of machining parts, there will be a certain amount of resource consumption and environmental pollution. Therefore, this paper takes the machining technology as the research object, analyzes the process resource and environment attribute list analysis steps, and based on the IPO process model of the process, establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system, and expounds the principle of the process comprehensive evaluation method. The green property of the process is evaluated in order to reduce its resource consumption and environmental impact. In general, this paper mainly studies the following contents: (1) through the analysis of green manufacturing process planning and inventory analysis at home and abroad, The importance and urgency of implementing green manufacturing process planning technology in manufacturing enterprises are explained, and the present green evaluation methods of process planning at home and abroad are introduced. The research direction of this paper is put forward. (2) the steps of analyzing the list of process resources and environment attributes are analyzed, and the IPO process model of specific process is constructed. On the basis of this, according to the resource and environment attribute of process, The index system of inventory analysis and evaluation is established, and the method of collecting and quantifying the data of index layer is described in detail. (3) according to the established index system of inventory analysis and evaluation, the principle of comprehensive evaluation method is analyzed. The steps of comprehensive evaluation method are determined and its advantages are described. Based on the above research work, a process resource environment attribute list analysis and comprehensive evaluation system is developed, and the system architecture, function and evaluation process are analyzed. The system process evaluation is demonstrated.
