高溫工況下齒輪的傳動設計研究

【摘要】:針對齒輪由于高溫工況引起的熱變形問題,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元軟件,獲得齒輪嚙合處的最大熱變形量,研究了熱變形對雙圓弧修正擺線齒輪和修正擺線齒輪嚙合側隙的影響,并分析了齒輪傳動發(fā)生干涉的可能性。結果表明,設計的齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)能夠在設定工況下正常進行傳動,對高溫工況下的齒輪傳動設計具有一定參考價值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the thermal deformation of gears caused by high temperature, the maximum thermal deformation of gear meshing is obtained by using ANSYS Workbench finite element software. The influence of thermal deformation on the meshing clearance of double circular arc modified cycloidal gear and modified cycloidal gear is studied. The possibility of interference in gear transmission is analyzed. The results show that the designed gear transmission system can carry out the transmission normally under the setting condition, and it has certain reference value for the gear transmission design under the high temperature condition.
