基于VB的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械在各行各業(yè)的應(yīng)用非常普遍,如航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、汽輪機(jī)、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)等,已經(jīng)成為生產(chǎn)生活中不可替代的重要設(shè)備。葉片是旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械的重要部件,葉片的振動(dòng)是導(dǎo)致葉片工作失效的主要原因之一,它的安全性及可靠性成為旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械能否正常工作的重要指標(biāo)。通過(guò)對(duì)振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)的研究分析可有效的了解設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況。同時(shí),利用計(jì)算機(jī)來(lái)做各種數(shù)據(jù)分析既方便又可靠,為工程應(yīng)用提供了便捷,也成為現(xiàn)在處理各種信息的主要手段,,因此,對(duì)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試并加以分析具有非常的重要意義。 本文以鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉片的振動(dòng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),利用VB開(kāi)發(fā)軟件的強(qiáng)大功能,結(jié)合Microsoft Office Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),開(kāi)發(fā)了一套旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械振動(dòng)信號(hào)分析系統(tǒng)。其主要的工作及成果有: 1.通過(guò)研究快速傅里葉變換及基于時(shí)間抽取的-2FFT算法,設(shè)計(jì)出了適合本次開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)的基-2/3混合基的快速傅里葉變換算法,這種分析方法可以有效的節(jié)省存儲(chǔ)單元,提高運(yùn)算效率。 2.在VB環(huán)境下,開(kāi)發(fā)了以鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉片振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)為實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)。其功能主要是對(duì)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行快速傅里葉變換,分析頻譜特征,設(shè)計(jì)人性化的可視化界面。 3.結(jié)合Microsoft Office Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)用,測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)接收,測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換,測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的操作管理。 經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能的測(cè)試和用戶的親身體驗(yàn),本系統(tǒng)可以滿足對(duì)振動(dòng)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的有效分析,簡(jiǎn)潔直觀的數(shù)據(jù)界面使用戶操作十分輕松,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)更加方便了數(shù)據(jù)的分析效果。同時(shí),合適的算法提高了軟件運(yùn)行的速度,使軟件性能更優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Rotating machinery is widely used in various industries, such as aero-engine, steam turbine, blower and so on, which has become an irreplaceable important equipment in production and life. Blade is an important part of rotating machinery, and the vibration of blade is one of the main causes of blade failure. Its safety and reliability become an important indicator of whether rotating machinery can work normally. Through the research and analysis of vibration data, we can effectively understand the operation status of the equipment. At the same time, using computer to do all kinds of data analysis is not only convenient and reliable, it provides convenience for engineering application, but also becomes the main means to deal with all kinds of information. It is very important to test and analyze the key equipment. Based on the vibration test data of blower blades, a vibration signal analysis system of rotating machinery is developed by using the powerful function of VB development software and Microsoft Office Access database. Its main work and results are: 1. By studying the fast Fourier transform (FFT) and the time-based FFT algorithm, a FFT algorithm based on the mixed radix-2 / 3 basis is designed. This analysis method can save the memory unit effectively. Improve computational efficiency. 2. A data analysis system based on the vibration data of blower blade is developed in VB environment. Its main function is to carry on the fast Fourier transform to the test data, analyze the spectrum characteristic, design the humanized visual interface. 3. Combined with Microsoft Office Access database, the database management system is designed. The system can call database data, receive test data in real time, transform test data, and manage test data. Through the testing of the system function and the personal experience of the users, the system can satisfy the effective analysis of the vibration test data, the simple and intuitive data interface makes the user operation very easy, and the database design is more convenient for the analysis effect of the data. At the same time, the appropriate algorithm improves the speed of software running and makes the software performance better.
