【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來鋼鐵冶金行業(yè)得到了飛速的發(fā)展。干法除塵技術(shù)在轉(zhuǎn)爐煙氣凈化回收中應(yīng)用已經(jīng)十分廣泛。干法除塵自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行的好壞直接影響轉(zhuǎn)爐冶煉和煤氣回收進(jìn)程。因此研究一套安全可靠的干法除塵控制系統(tǒng)至關(guān)重要。運(yùn)用PLC控制技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了蒸發(fā)冷卻器溫度流量控制模塊并對(duì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,保證了電場煙氣進(jìn)口溫度控制在合理的范圍內(nèi),有效提高了除塵效率和延長除塵設(shè)備的使用壽命;設(shè)計(jì)了干法除塵電場控制模塊,優(yōu)化了電場控制模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了由單一模式控制變?yōu)殡S轉(zhuǎn)爐冶煉階段自動(dòng)改變的多模式控制,并增加了操作界面,在手動(dòng)方式下,操作工可以自由切換高壓(額定)模式,在自動(dòng)模式下,各電場的電壓控制按照既定的程序自動(dòng)切換;實(shí)現(xiàn)了ID風(fēng)機(jī)配合各吹煉階段的高、低壓模式的優(yōu)化控制。對(duì)輸灰系統(tǒng)、液壓站的控制進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。應(yīng)用西門子PLC完成了轉(zhuǎn)爐干法除塵控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過對(duì)國豐鋼鐵120噸轉(zhuǎn)爐干法除塵控制系統(tǒng)工藝和使用中遇到的問題進(jìn)行研究,尋找解決方案,完成了設(shè)備和控制系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)改造。改造后的干法除塵系統(tǒng)泄爆率明顯降低、電場入口溫度控制更加準(zhǔn)確、電場耗能降低、避免了輸灰系統(tǒng)發(fā)生板結(jié)現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, the iron and steel metallurgical industry has been developing rapidly. Dry dust removal technology has been widely used in converter flue gas purification and recovery. The operation of the automatic control system of dry dust removal directly affects the process of converter smelting and gas recovery. Therefore, it is very important to study a safe and reliable dry dust removal control system. The temperature and flow control module of evaporative cooler is designed by using PLC control technology, and the parameters are optimized to ensure that the inlet temperature of electric field flue gas is controlled within a reasonable range, thus effectively improving the dust removal efficiency and prolonging the service life of dust removal equipment. The electric field control module of dry process dust removal is designed, the electric field control mode is optimized, the multi-mode control is realized from single mode control to automatic change with converter smelting stage, and the operation interface is added, in the manual mode, The operator can freely switch high voltage (rated) mode. In automatic mode, the voltage control of each electric field is automatically switched according to the established procedure, and the optimal control of the high and low pressure modes of the ID fan is realized with each blowing stage. The control of hydraulic station is improved for ash conveying system. The design and implementation of converter dry dust removal control system with Siemens PLC are completed. By studying the process and problems encountered in the dry dust removal system of Guofeng Iron and Steel Co., Ltd, 120 tons converter, the solution was found, and the upgrading of equipment and control system was completed. After the retrofit, the explosion rate of dry dust removal system is obviously reduced, the temperature control of electric field inlet is more accurate, the electric field energy consumption is reduced, and the phenomenon of ash conveying system is avoided.
