人體運動角度測量系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:軍人體能考核標準中,俯臥撐、仰臥起坐以及單杠引體向上這三個項目在測試過程中需要運用人體運動角度測量技術,而人體運動中的角度具有多變性與不確定性,不容易清楚地界定,這幾項運動在考核中誤差比較大,所以設計出專用于這幾項訓練的考核系統(tǒng)就變得非常迫切。本文基于人體運動角度測量的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,結合部隊考核的實際需求,設計了一款基于ZigBee無線通信芯片CC2530以及加速度傳感器MPU6050的運動角度測量考核系統(tǒng)。這一考核系統(tǒng)基于MEMS加速度計技術和短途無線射頻技術。人體運動角度測量終端采用便攜式設計,控制器與終端間的信息交流采用無線傳輸設計,這兩項設計使得考核系統(tǒng)能夠有效地采集信息,測量更加準確,同時也使得考核更加方便,滿足了部隊對考核系統(tǒng)的標準化與智能化需求。整個系統(tǒng)由人體運動角度測量終端、考核總控制器和上位機組成,實現(xiàn)了對人體運動標準動作的計數(shù)。測量終端和考核總控制器均使用CC2530作為主控芯片,兩者之間通過CC2530自帶的RF射頻收發(fā)器進行數(shù)據(jù)交流。人體運動角度測量終端安裝在動作幅度明顯部位,通過MPU6050采集加速度值,利用算法解算人體動作變化的角度,判斷運動動作的標準性,最后通過無線通信實現(xiàn)動作計數(shù)的上傳。用戶可以通過上位機進行考核具體操作。經(jīng)過長時間的測試與改良,運動角度測量考核系統(tǒng)功能都已達成指標,并且具有良好的穩(wěn)定性,已經(jīng)在多個部隊考核中投入使用。
[Abstract]:In the military human energy assessment standard, the three projects need to use the human motion angle measurement technology in the test process of the push ups, the sit ups and the horizontal bar, and the angle of the human body movement is not easy to define clearly. Based on the domestic and foreign research status of the measurement of human motion angle, this paper designs a motion angle measurement system based on the ZigBee wireless communication chip CC2530 and the acceleration sensor MPU6050. This assessment system is based on MEMS plus. Speed meter technology and short distance wireless radio frequency technology. The human motion angle measurement terminal adopts portable design, and the communication between the controller and terminal is designed by wireless transmission. These two designs make the assessment system be able to collect information effectively, make the measurement more accurate, and make the examination more convenient, and meet the force to the assessment department. The system is standardized and intelligentized. The whole system is composed of the human motion angle measurement terminal, the total controller and the upper computer. The measurement terminal and the total controller use CC2530 as the main control chip, and the data exchange between the two RF RF Transceivers with CC2530. The human motion angle measurement terminal is installed in the obvious part of the motion amplitude, and the acceleration value is collected through MPU6050, the angle of the motion change of the human body is calculated by the algorithm, and the standard of the movement is judged. Finally, the action counting is uploaded through the wireless communication. The user can check the specific operation through the upper computer. After a long time test, the user can measure the action. The functions of the test and improvement, the movement angle measurement and evaluation system have been achieved, and they have good stability. They have been put into use in the assessment of many troops.
