輸血對受者血液循環(huán)中STRs基因型影響的研究

【摘要】:目的 探討不同輸血量、輸血后不同時(shí)間供者STR_s基因型對受者SWR_s基因型檢測結(jié)果是否有影響。方法3例患者分別接受輸血400ml、800ml及1200ml,輸血前以及輸血后分別在4h、8h、12h采集受者血液,受者和供者血樣用EDTA抗凝,采用Chelex-100法提取DNA,—4℃保存?zhèn)溆谩_x擇D1S549,D18S865,D3S1754,D12S391,D12S375,D6S477等6個(gè)基因座進(jìn)行PCR擴(kuò)增,電泳分型。結(jié)果3例患者分別輸血400ml、800ml及1200ml后,輸血前及輸血后12h內(nèi)采集血樣檢測的6個(gè)基因座STRs基因型完全一致。結(jié)論 本次研究結(jié)果表明,輸血量在1200ml以下的受者輸血后12h內(nèi)STR_s基因型檢測結(jié)果未受供者血液STR_s基因型的干擾。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of STR_s genotypes on the detection of SWR_s genotypes in recipients with different blood transfusions and donor genotypes at different time after transfusion.
