【摘要】：西方犯罪學(xué)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了古典犯罪學(xué)、犯罪生物學(xué)、犯罪社會學(xué)、犯罪心理學(xué)和現(xiàn)代犯罪學(xué)五個研究階段。犯罪古典學(xué)派認(rèn)為犯罪原因是人的趨利避害的本性;犯罪生物學(xué)派認(rèn)為犯罪原因是隔代遺傳;犯罪社會學(xué)派把犯罪原因歸咎于社會;犯罪心理學(xué)派研究了心理因素與犯罪的關(guān)系;現(xiàn)代犯罪學(xué)研究則更為廣泛。西方犯罪學(xué)研究的實證性、多元性、實踐性、普及性特點值得我們借鑒和思考。
[Abstract]:The development of western criminology has experienced five stages: classical criminology, criminal biology, criminal sociology, criminal psychology and modern criminology. The crime biology school thinks that the crime reason is inherited from the next generation, the criminal society school ascribes the crime reason to the society, the criminal psychology school studies the relationship between the psychological factor and the crime; The research of modern criminology is more extensive. The characteristics of positivism, pluralism, practicality and popularization of western criminology are worthy of our reference and consideration.
