【摘要】：失獨老人作為計劃生育制度下的“犧牲品”,正逐漸走進公眾的視野,網絡上關于失獨老人的現實報道或情感節(jié)目也日益增多。孤獨、無助、悲愴、絕望,是失獨群體的真實寫照,也是他們的代名詞。他們多生于上世紀五六十年代,積極響應國家的計劃生育政策,組成了最基本的三口之家,這種簡單的家庭結構,因為獨生子女的存在,本就存在著一定的風險,一旦獨生子女遭遇意外而死亡,這個家庭就會遭到重創(chuàng),甚至變得支離破碎,從而演變成所謂的失獨家庭,失獨家庭中的父母就成為了失獨老人。在我國,失獨老人的數量正在以不可遏制的趨勢增漲,并逐漸形成了一個龐大的群體,他們喪失自己的獨子,面臨著今后的生活問題、經濟問題、養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療問題,甚至是心理和精神問題,他們將自己封閉起來,退出正常的社交網絡,并逐漸被邊緣化,他們的生理需求、安全需求以及歸屬與愛的需求還尚未被滿足。面對失獨老人的境況,由政府、社區(qū)、志愿者組成的正式支持體系在各自的能力范圍內給予了他們一定的支持和幫助；失獨老人群體建立了同質性組織互相幫扶,親友在日常生活中給予其照料,由他們組成的非正式支持體系也在不同程度的為失獨老人提供幫助和服務。但在對失獨老人的支持中,由于缺乏對其的正確認知,從而忽視了他們真正的需求,導致社會支持主體所提供的支持偏離了需求的軌道,造成了現實中供給與需求的失調。怎樣對失獨老人進行有效的幫扶?如何真正滿足他們的需求?怎樣為他們提供可靠的社會支持?如何為失獨老人建立系統(tǒng)的社會支持體系?這些問題依然值得探究。本文以需求與供給為基礎,以社會支持理論為視角,通過分析失獨老人的生理需求、安全需求以及歸屬與愛的需求,來正確認識失獨老人的現實需求。從政府、社區(qū)、志愿者組成的失獨老人正式支持體系和由失獨群體自組織、失獨老人的親密關系組成的非正式支持體系兩大方面探討其為失獨老人提供的支持,并將其所提供的支持與失獨老人的現實需求做對比來分析供給的失調,以及社會支持主客體間存在的問題,在此基礎上探索其需求和供給的平衡點,找出相關的對策和路徑。
[Abstract]:As "victims" of the family planning system, the elderly who have lost their independence are gradually coming into the public's view, and there are more and more reports or emotional programs on the Internet about the elderly who have lost their independence. They are lonely, helpless, sad and desperate. They were born in the 1950s and 1960s, responded positively to the country's family planning policy and formed the most basic family of three, a simple family structure. Because of the existence of the only child, there is already a certain risk. Once the only child is killed in an accident, the family will be badly hit, or even become fragmented, thus developing into a so-called family without independence. In our country, the number of elderly people who have lost their independence is increasing with an unstoppable trend, and a large group has gradually formed. They have lost their only son and are facing problems of life in the future. Economic problems, pension problems, medical problems, even psychological and mental problems, they shut themselves off the normal social network, and were gradually marginalized, their physiological needs, The need for security and the need for belonging and love have not yet been met. In the face of the situation of the elderly who have lost their independence, the formal support system composed of the government, the community and the volunteers has given them certain support and help within their respective capabilities; The group of elderly people who have lost their independence have set up homogenous organizations to help each other, and relatives and friends take care of them in their daily lives. The informal support system, which is composed of them, also provides help and services to the elderly who have lost their independence to varying degrees. However, in the support for the elderly who have lost their independence, their real needs are neglected because of the lack of a correct understanding of them. The support provided by the main body of social support deviates from the track of demand and causes the imbalance between supply and demand in reality. How to effectively help the elderly who have lost independence? How can they really meet their needs? How to provide them with reliable social support? How to establish a systematic social support system for the elderly who have lost independence? These problems are still worth exploring. Based on demand and supply, and from the perspective of social support theory, this paper analyzes the physiological needs, security needs, and the needs of belonging and love of the elderly who have lost their independence. From the government, the community, the volunteers, the formal support system for the elderly, and the self-organization of the group. The informal support system, which is composed of the intimate relationship of the elderly who have lost their independence, discusses the support they provide for the elderly and analyzes the imbalance of the supply by comparing the support they provide with the actual needs of the elderly who have lost their independence. And the problems between the subject and the object of social support, on the basis of which to explore the balance of demand and supply, to find out the relevant countermeasures and paths.
