【摘要】：作為全球排名前兩位的人口大國和重要的新興經(jīng)濟體,中國和印度在經(jīng)貿(mào)方面有著巨大的互補性以及良好的合作基礎,尤其是在"一帶一路"區(qū)域合作方面擁有巨大的潛力。但是由于印度對中國表現(xiàn)出了懷疑和不信任的態(tài)度,導致了兩國在各個層面的交流與合作磕磕絆絆,這種現(xiàn)象尤其在區(qū)域合作層面最為明顯。在這個以和平與發(fā)展為主題,以區(qū)域合作為趨勢的時代背景下,印度把中國作為競爭對手和潛在威脅的政治思維方式是不成熟和不可取的。文章采用了文獻研究的方式,以"邊緣人"理論為基礎,分析了印度對于中國"一帶一路"區(qū)域合作倡議持懷疑和否定的態(tài)度是否使其陷入,以及如何陷入"邊緣人"的戰(zhàn)略困境的,并在此基礎上提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As the two most populous countries and important emerging economies in the world, China and India have a great complementarity and a good foundation of cooperation in economic and trade fields. In particular, there is great potential for regional cooperation in Belt and Road. However, because of India's scepticism and distrust of China, the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries at all levels have been stumbling. This phenomenon is most evident, especially at the level of regional cooperation, in the context of an era in which peace and development are the theme and regional cooperation is the trend. India's political thinking of China as a competitor and a potential threat is premature and undesirable. This paper analyzes whether India's sceptical and negative attitude towards China's "Belt and Road" regional cooperation initiative has caused it to fall into, and how to fall into the strategic dilemma of "marginalized people", and puts forward some relevant suggestions on this basis.
