【摘要】：多年來,丹麥在透明國(guó)際的清廉指數(shù)排行榜上常常位列榜首。在商業(yè)腐敗方面,丹麥的清廉程度也位列歐洲甚至整個(gè)世界前列。究其原因,積極融入國(guó)際社會(huì)、推進(jìn)反商業(yè)賄賂國(guó)際公約的通過與簽署、為反商業(yè)腐敗構(gòu)建嚴(yán)密的刑事法網(wǎng)、將形形色色的商業(yè)賄賂行為納入法律的調(diào)整之中,是丹麥反商業(yè)腐敗的根本;公共機(jī)構(gòu)、社會(huì)組織提供有效的預(yù)防性反腐服務(wù),幫助丹麥企業(yè)進(jìn)行合規(guī)建設(shè),是其反商業(yè)腐敗的有力措施;同時(shí),丹麥注重整個(gè)社會(huì)的廉政文化建設(shè),為根本上杜絕商業(yè)腐敗打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。這些都值得我國(guó)下一步在更深更廣的層面上開展反商業(yè)腐敗工作認(rèn)真吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Denmark has often topped Transparency International's cleanliness index for years. In terms of business corruption, Denmark also ranks among the highest levels of corruption in Europe and the world as a whole. The reason is to actively integrate into the international community, to promote the adoption and signing of the International Convention against Commercial bribery, to build a strict criminal law network for the fight against commercial corruption, and to bring various forms of commercial bribery into the adjustment of the law. It is the root of Denmark's anti-corruption efforts; public institutions and social organizations provide effective preventive anti-corruption services to help Danish enterprises build compliance; at the same time, it is a powerful measure to combat commercial corruption. Denmark pays attention to the construction of clean government culture of the whole society, which lays a solid social foundation for the fundamental elimination of commercial corruption. These are worthy of our next step in the deeper and broader level of anti-business corruption work to learn from experience.
