【摘要】：近三十年來(lái),菲律賓向世界各地輸送了大量海外移民,尤其是勞工移民。菲律賓政府為此實(shí)施了諸多積極有效的海外移民政策。如實(shí)施《移民勞工和海外菲律賓人法》等政策法規(guī),維護(hù)勞工移民和海外菲律賓人的權(quán)益;設(shè)立高效協(xié)作的移民管理機(jī)構(gòu),為海外菲律賓人提供全方位保護(hù)和服務(wù);實(shí)行雙重國(guó)籍政策,賦予海外菲律賓人公民權(quán);設(shè)立"海外菲律賓人月"等節(jié)日和"總統(tǒng)獎(jiǎng)"等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),表彰海外菲律賓人的杰出貢獻(xiàn)等。這些政策的實(shí)施,加強(qiáng)了海外菲律賓人對(duì)祖籍國(guó)的向心力和凝聚力,他們?cè)诜坡少e的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用。
[Abstract]:Over the past three decades, the Philippines has sent large numbers of overseas immigrants, especially labor migrants, to the world. The Philippine government has implemented a number of active and effective overseas immigration policies. Such as the implementation of policies and regulations such as the migrant Labour and overseas Filipinos Act to safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers and overseas Filipinos, and the establishment of highly efficient and cooperative immigration management agencies to provide comprehensive protection and services for overseas Filipinos; We should implement the policy of dual nationality and grant citizenship to overseas Filipinos, and set up festivals such as "overseas Filipinos month" and awards such as "Presidential Awards" to recognize the outstanding contributions of overseas Filipinos. The implementation of these policies has strengthened the centripetal force and cohesion of overseas Filipinos to their ancestral countries, and they have played an important role in the social and economic development of the Philippines.
