【摘要】：黨的群眾工作是黨密切聯(lián)系群眾的根本方式，是黨保持先進(jìn)性和純潔性建設(shè)的一條重要途徑。自從1921年中國共產(chǎn)黨成立之日起，中國共產(chǎn)黨就十分注意密切與群眾之間的關(guān)系。在黨的革命事業(yè)走過曲折的歷程以后，毛澤東吸取前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，根據(jù)中國革命的實(shí)際狀況，結(jié)合馬克思主義歷史唯物主義理論，形成并發(fā)展了自己的群眾觀，創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)展了群眾工作路線，為黨的群眾工作提供了指導(dǎo)思想。 當(dāng)今，黨群關(guān)系并不容樂觀。黨與群眾之間的血肉聯(lián)系曾一度是黨最大的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)，而今卻面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，黨群、干群矛盾突出，并衍生出一系列事件，這些矛盾主要集中在黨員干部貪污腐敗所帶來的群眾不信任，黨的群眾工作不到位所帶來的群眾抵觸情緒。黨的群眾工作好壞直接關(guān)系到民生所在，更是影響到民心所在，只有把黨的群眾工作開展好，才能進(jìn)一步提高黨在群眾中的地位和影響力。雖然黨的群眾工作在當(dāng)今遇到很多新情況、新挑戰(zhàn)，但是我們?nèi)匀荒軓拿珴蓶|身上學(xué)習(xí)到開展群眾工作的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)，這對(duì)于做好當(dāng)今群眾工作提供了原則性、方法性的指導(dǎo)。 群眾工作的實(shí)踐與理論，相互影響，相互制約。實(shí)踐為理論的形成與發(fā)展提供認(rèn)識(shí)來源；理論是對(duì)實(shí)踐的總結(jié)和升華，為實(shí)踐提供方向性、原則性的指導(dǎo)。本文從實(shí)踐和理論方面來解讀毛澤東的群眾工作，實(shí)踐方面以時(shí)間為線索，總結(jié)毛澤東在不同革命時(shí)期和建設(shè)時(shí)期開展群眾工作的大致內(nèi)容，根據(jù)這些實(shí)踐探尋出毛澤東開展群眾工作的特點(diǎn)；理論方面，總結(jié)毛澤東群眾工作堅(jiān)持的原則及慣用的方法。最后，分析目前黨的群眾工作出現(xiàn)的問題，并進(jìn)一步分析造成問題的原因，，針對(duì)原因提出解決當(dāng)前群眾工作問題的措施。
[Abstract]:The mass work of the Party is the fundamental way for the Party to keep in close touch with the masses and is an important way for the Party to maintain its advanced nature and purity.Since the founding of the CPC in 1921, the CPC has been paying close attention to the relationship with the masses.After the party's revolutionary cause had gone through a tortuous course, Mao Zedong learned the lessons of his predecessors and, according to the actual conditions of the Chinese revolution, combined with Marxist historical materialism theory, formed and developed his own view of the masses.Creatively developed the mass work line, provided the guiding ideology for the mass work of the party.Nowadays, the relationship between the Party and the masses is not optimistic.The flesh and blood link between the party and the masses was once the biggest political advantage of the party, but now it faces enormous challenges. The contradictions between the party and the masses, cadres and masses are prominent, and a series of incidents have spawned.These contradictions mainly focus on the distrust of the masses caused by corruption and corruption among the Party members and the resistance of the masses brought about by the failure of the Party's mass work.The mass work of the Party is directly related to the livelihood of the people and even more to the people's support. Only by carrying out the mass work of the Party well can the party's position and influence among the masses be further improved.Although the Party's mass work has encountered many new situations and challenges, we can still learn from Mao Zedong's valuable experience in carrying out mass work, which provides principled and methodological guidance for doing a good job in mass work today.The practice and theory of mass work influence and restrict each other.Practice provides the source of cognition for the formation and development of theory, and theory is the summary and sublimation of practice, which provides direction and principle guidance for practice.This paper interprets Mao Zedong's mass work from the aspects of practice and theory. In practice, it takes time as a clue to sum up the general contents of the mass work carried out by Mao Zedong in different revolutionary and construction periods.On the basis of these practices, this paper explores the characteristics of Mao Zedong's mass work and summarizes the principles and customary methods of Mao Zedong's mass work in theory.Finally, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the mass work of the Party at present, and further analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some measures to solve the problems in the mass work at present.
