【摘要】：恩格斯晚年基于對社會主義發(fā)展規(guī)律的深刻把握,對社會主義的社會治理進行了科學構想。恩格斯認為社會主義的社會治理是一個不斷變動發(fā)展的過程,因此人們對于社會主義社會治理方案的確定也不可能是一成不變的,必然隨著社會的每一個發(fā)展進步而不斷發(fā)生改變;社會主義社會治理的根本任務是使生產(chǎn)資料回歸社會所有,其價值目標是實現(xiàn)人的自由全面發(fā)展。這些從一般原則上對社會主義社會治理的規(guī)定,對于我們今天創(chuàng)新社會治理體制、構建中國特色的社會主義治理體系具有明確的理論指向和現(xiàn)實啟示。
[Abstract]:In his later years, Engels scientifically conceived the social governance of socialism based on his profound understanding of the law of socialist development.Engels believes that the social governance of socialism is a process of constant change and development, so it is impossible for people to make sure of the plan of socialist social governance.The fundamental task of socialist social governance is to make the means of production return to social ownership, and its value goal is to realize the free and all-round development of human beings.These regulations on the socialist social governance in general principle have clear theoretical direction and practical enlightenment for us to innovate the social governance system and construct the socialist governance system with Chinese characteristics.
