【摘要】：毛澤東在堅(jiān)持馬克思主義黨建理論的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過中央蘇區(qū)和抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期局部執(zhí)政的初步嘗試、七屆二中全會(huì)為全面執(zhí)政提出的思想理論準(zhǔn)備、建國初期執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)理論與實(shí)踐發(fā)展，最終形成了毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想的科學(xué)體系。這個(gè)體系包括了執(zhí)政黨自身的思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、作風(fēng)建設(shè)、監(jiān)督體系建設(shè)和黨執(zhí)政的平臺(tái)與方略兩個(gè)方面。毛澤東執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想具有系統(tǒng)性、開放性、創(chuàng)新性和實(shí)踐性特點(diǎn)。毛澤東的執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)思想是對(duì)馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)理論的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展，對(duì)于我們堅(jiān)持和完善黨的民主集中制、全面加強(qiáng)黨的思想、組織、作風(fēng)、反腐建設(shè)，始終保持同人民群眾的密切聯(lián)系，把黨建設(shè)成為始終走在時(shí)代前列的馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨，成為中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:On the basis of adhering to the Marxist theory of party building, Mao Zedong made a preliminary attempt to be in power in the Central Soviet region and during the War of Resistance against Japan. The second Plenary session of the Seventh Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee prepared for the ideological and theoretical theory put forward by the ruling party in an all-round way. The theory and practice of the ruling party's construction developed in the early days of the people's Republic of China, and finally formed the scientific system of the ruling party's construction thought of Mao Zedong. This system includes the ideological construction, organization construction, style construction, supervision system construction and the platform and strategy of the ruling party. The thought of Mao Zedong ruling party construction is systematic, open, innovative and practical. The ruling party construction thought of Mao Zedong is the innovation and development of Marxist ruling party construction theory. It is helpful for us to adhere to and perfect the democratic centralism system of the party, to strengthen the party's ideology, organization, style of work and anti-corruption construction in an all-round way. It is of great significance to keep close contact with the masses of the people, build the Party into the leading party of Marxism, and become the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
