【摘要】：歐美洋行在華經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)是中國近代經(jīng)濟(jì)史研究的一項(xiàng)重要課題，對(duì)于洋行經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的研究有利于我們更加清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)近代資本主義國家對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)侵略的過程。鴉片戰(zhàn)爭前廣州是當(dāng)時(shí)唯一的對(duì)外開放口岸，這為歐美商人在華設(shè)立洋行提供了契機(jī)，同時(shí)也為洋行在華經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的發(fā)展埋下伏筆。在帝國主義對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)侵略過程中，，洋行扮演著先行軍的角色，鴉片戰(zhàn)爭中中國的戰(zhàn)敗，清政府被迫開放五口通商，導(dǎo)致洋行活動(dòng)范圍進(jìn)一步的擴(kuò)大，進(jìn)一步加緊了對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)侵略的步伐。 洋行是歐美主要資本主義國家為了方便在華進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)而特意設(shè)立的貿(mào)易機(jī)構(gòu),是帝國主義國家對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)侵略的一種特殊形式。本文將以歐美國家在華洋行的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象，選取18世紀(jì)70年代末期至19世紀(jì)50年代末期為研究的時(shí)間區(qū)間，探討歐美國家在華洋行的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)特點(diǎn)，對(duì)這一時(shí)期的洋行在華經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)做一個(gè)全面而系統(tǒng)的考察。 18世紀(jì)70年代末期至鴉片戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)前,此時(shí)是歐美資本主義國家掠奪原料和殖民擴(kuò)張的時(shí)期，也是在華洋行形成的時(shí)期。鴉片戰(zhàn)爭后至19世紀(jì)50年代末期，清政府被迫與外國侵略者簽訂的一系列不平等條約，使得洋行在華經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)獲得長足發(fā)展，其活動(dòng)范圍及其經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易涉及的領(lǐng)域都得到不斷的擴(kuò)展。這一時(shí)期歐美洋行在華的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),為帝國主義國家日后在中國進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)擴(kuò)張和掠奪奠定了基礎(chǔ)，一定程度上加快了中國向半殖民地半封建社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)變的速度。
[Abstract]:The economic activities of European and American foreign banks in China are an important subject in the study of China's modern economic history. The study of foreign trade economic activities is conducive to a clearer understanding of the process of economic aggression by modern capitalist countries against China.Before the Opium War, Guangzhou was the only open port at that time, which provided an opportunity for European and American businessmen to set up foreign businesses in China, and also laid a foundation for the development of foreign banks' economic activities in China.In the process of imperialist economic aggression against China, foreign banks played a leading role. In the Opium War, China was defeated, and the Qing government was forced to open up five ports of trade, which led to the further expansion of the scope of foreign trade activities.Further stepped up the pace of economic aggression against China.Foreign trade is a special trade organization set up by major capitalist countries in Europe and America in order to facilitate economic activities in China. It is a special form of economic aggression by imperialist countries against China.This paper will take the economic and trade activities of European and American countries in China as the research object, select the period of time from the end of the 1870s to the end of the 1850s, and discuss the emergence of the European and American countries in China and the foreign countries.Development and characteristics of economic activities, this period of foreign economic activities in China to do a comprehensive and systematic investigation.From the end of the 1870s to the outbreak of the Opium War, this time was the period when the capitalist countries in Europe and America plundered the raw materials and colonized and expanded, and also formed in China.After the Opium War to the end of the 1850s, the Qing government was forced to sign a series of unequal treaties with foreign invaders, which led to the rapid development of foreign trade activities in China.The scope of its activities and its economic and trade areas have been continuously expanded.The economic activities of Europe and the United States in China during this period laid the foundation for the imperialist countries to expand and plunder in China in the future, and to some extent accelerated the speed of China's transformation into semi-colonial and semi-feudal society.
