【摘要】：在中國(guó)帝制王朝中,宋朝持續(xù)的時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),其最終滅亡也與民變沒(méi)有多少關(guān)聯(lián)。宋朝之所以相對(duì)特殊,與其應(yīng)對(duì)民變相對(duì)成功密切相關(guān)。諸如民變信息及時(shí)上報(bào)、充分依靠民間力量、對(duì)特別地區(qū)實(shí)行特殊法令等措施都取得了不錯(cuò)的效果,使得宋朝基本上能將民變限制在政府可控的范圍內(nèi)。尤其是前兩項(xiàng)措施,更是具有長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的歷史影響和啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:The Song Dynasty lasted the longest in China's imperial dynasty, and its eventual demise had little to do with the uprising. The reason why Song Dynasty is relatively special is closely related to its success in dealing with the people's transformation. Such measures as timely reporting of the information of the people's uprising, full reliance on folk forces, and the implementation of special decrees in special areas have achieved good results, so that the Song Dynasty can basically limit the people's revolt to a controllable range of the government. In particular, the first two measures have a long-term historical impact and enlightening significance.
