由北宋農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)看國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)特征

【摘要】：北宋是一個欣欣向榮的朝代。隨著唐代中后期商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù)和發(fā)展,使得土地兼并如洪水猛獸,由此引發(fā)貧富分化等連鎖反應(yīng)。這促使國家推行“兩稅法”來適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的變化。但它卻帶來意想不到的后果,其中之一就是土地兼并的加速前進(jìn)。而“不抑兼并”導(dǎo)致地產(chǎn)集中,由此帶來入宋以后富民階層的崛起。富民階層由于沒有政治特權(quán)不得不依靠經(jīng)濟(jì)手段維持剝削,這主要通過契約形式實(shí)現(xiàn),最終使得契約租佃入宋以后終成氣候。這一歷史變遷過程反映了國家傳統(tǒng)職能的變遷。本文作者認(rèn)為,國家在這個過程中不單純是被迫對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會變化做出調(diào)整,而是一個辯證的過程。此進(jìn)程反映出國家的一些經(jīng)濟(jì)特征。 本論文分別從這幾個方面進(jìn)行闡述： 第一部分是緒論。這部分闡述文章的選題初衷,即發(fā)軔于對導(dǎo)師《兩周土地制度新論》及其他論文的思考。由此出發(fā)驗(yàn)證,尋找資料的過程也就是該部分中的研究動態(tài)所體現(xiàn)出來的。 第二部分是北宋農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體現(xiàn)出的特征。該部分就此進(jìn)行闡述和分析,從分析中抽象出基本理論要素。 第三部分,銜接上一部分思路進(jìn)行展開。這個部分首先分析處于唐宋變革下國家職能是如何轉(zhuǎn)變的,以及這些轉(zhuǎn)變的外在表現(xiàn),即“不抑兼并”和“契約租佃制”。進(jìn)而從這種轉(zhuǎn)變中分析出國家經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的職能或者說屬性。接下來就國家這種經(jīng)濟(jì)利益進(jìn)行分析,在闡述的過過程盡量將分析框架置于北宋之內(nèi),做到理論回歸于實(shí)踐。 第四部分余論。主要就本文邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行梳理,最后總結(jié)出文章的主旨。
[Abstract]:The Northern Song Dynasty was a thriving dynasty. With the recovery and development of the commodity economy in the middle and late Tang Dynasty, land annexation was like a flood, which led to a chain reaction, such as the polarization between the rich and the poor. This prompted the country to implement the "two tax laws" to adapt to economic and social changes. But it brings unexpected consequences, one of which is the acceleration of land annexation. And "do not suppress merger" leads to the concentration of real estate, which led to the rise of the rich people after the Song Dynasty. The rich people had to rely on economic means to maintain exploitation because they had no political privilege, which was mainly realized by contract form, and finally made the tenancy of contract become the climate after Song Dynasty. This historical change process reflects the change of the traditional function of the country. The author believes that the state is not only forced to adjust the economic and social changes in this process, but a dialectical process. This process reflects some of the country's economic characteristics. This paper separately from these several aspects carries on the elaboration: the first part is the introduction. This part expounds the original intention of this article, that is, the author thinks about the tutor, the New Theory of Land system in two weeks, and other papers. From this point of view, the process of searching for data is reflected by the research dynamics in this part. The second part is the characteristics of agricultural economy in Northern Song Dynasty. In this part, the basic theoretical elements are abstracted from the analysis. The third part, link up part of the train of thought to carry on the development. This part first analyzes how the state functions changed under the transformation of Tang and Song dynasties, as well as the external manifestations of these changes, that is, "not restraining mergers" and "contractual tenancy system". Then analyze the function or attribute of national economic interest from this kind of transformation. Then the economic interests of the state are analyzed, and the analysis framework is put into the Northern Song Dynasty as far as possible in the process of elaboration, so as to return the theory to practice. The fourth part is the conclusion. This paper mainly combed the logical structure, and finally summed up the main purpose of the article.
