明代文官復姓制度與運行實態(tài)

【摘要】：復姓制度是明代禮樂制度建設(shè)的內(nèi)容之一。洪武三年首次頒令允許官吏人等奏告復姓,洪武二十六年、隆慶三年又陸續(xù)推出新規(guī)。它們共同構(gòu)成文官復姓制度的基本內(nèi)容。文官復姓事例最早出現(xiàn)在洪武初年,然復姓操作步入制度軌道大體始于宣德年間。嘉靖初年,按制度程序復姓已為常態(tài)。至萬歷一二十年代,京官與地方官的復姓方式出現(xiàn)分化:在京文官仍依照個人具奏、吏部辦理的原有復姓模式,而地方文官則采取個人申文,地方有司備案、查勘、合議后由撫、按代題的新模式。這一調(diào)整使地方文官的復姓流程更趨合理和具有效率,同時也折射出明后期撫、按地方權(quán)力日漸增強的事實。
[Abstract]:The system of compound surname is one of the contents of the construction of the system of ceremony and music in Ming Dynasty.
