【摘要】：目的:本課題以廣東地區(qū)濕熱體質(zhì)人群為基礎(chǔ),利用中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)檢測(cè)技術(shù),探討以肝腎脾胃養(yǎng)護(hù)法為主干預(yù)濕熱體質(zhì)的臨床療效及治療前后經(jīng)絡(luò)能量值的差異,以期為臨床干預(yù)濕熱體質(zhì)提供一種新的治療途徑及客觀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。方法:本課題采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照、單盲的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,納入120例濕熱體質(zhì)患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為2組,每組各60例,觀察時(shí)間為2個(gè)月,每個(gè)療程6天。采用濕熱體質(zhì)癥狀評(píng)分量表為主要觀察指標(biāo),治療前后利用中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)檢測(cè)技術(shù)觀察患者十二經(jīng)絡(luò)能量值變化情況。具體分組情況如下:實(shí)驗(yàn)組:肝腎脾胃養(yǎng)護(hù)法+清熱祛濕方;對(duì)照組:普通針刺+拔罐療法+清熱祛濕方;研究過(guò)程中全部納入對(duì)象所接受的經(jīng)絡(luò)檢測(cè)均由專人負(fù)責(zé),并將所得實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)收集整理,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),采用科學(xué)合理規(guī)范的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),得出實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。結(jié)果:(1)總體療效120例研究對(duì)象中,除去脫落病例,兩組各有56例完成治療療程,兩組療效分別為88.33%、70.17%,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),提示兩種不同療法都可以不同程度的改善濕熱體質(zhì),且實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組相比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。(2)濕熱體質(zhì)癥狀評(píng)分a.組內(nèi)治療前后比較,濕熱體質(zhì)癥狀評(píng)分經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)(p0.05),均有顯著差異,說(shuō)明兩種療法對(duì)改善患者濕熱癥狀均有效。b.組間比較,治療后兩組患者濕熱癥狀評(píng)分比較,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)(p0.05),有顯著差異,提示實(shí)驗(yàn)組在改善濕熱癥狀上的療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。(3)治療前后十二經(jīng)絡(luò)能量a.組內(nèi)比較,治療后兩組患者十二經(jīng)絡(luò)水平經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)均有顯著差異(p0.05),說(shuō)明兩種療法對(duì)改善患者經(jīng)絡(luò)能量均有效。b.組間比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組在改善患者經(jīng)絡(luò)能量上,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)(P0.05),有顯著性差異,說(shuō)明實(shí)驗(yàn)組能更好調(diào)節(jié)濕熱體質(zhì)患者的經(jīng)絡(luò)能量。結(jié)論:1.肝腎脾胃養(yǎng)護(hù)法配合內(nèi)服自擬清熱祛濕方對(duì)調(diào)理濕熱體質(zhì)有顯著療效,為臨床調(diào)理濕熱體質(zhì)提供一條新的治療途徑;2.本療法能明顯改善濕熱體質(zhì)患者的經(jīng)絡(luò)能量情況,使其達(dá)到或趨向經(jīng)絡(luò)能量平衡狀態(tài),尤其在調(diào)節(jié)經(jīng)絡(luò)高能量狀態(tài)上療效最佳,中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)檢測(cè)技術(shù)可作為輔助評(píng)估濕熱體質(zhì)臨床療效的一項(xiàng)客觀指標(biāo),為臨床療效評(píng)價(jià)提供客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: based on the people with dampness and heat constitution in Guangdong area, the clinical curative effect and the difference of meridian energy value before and after treatment were discussed by using traditional Chinese medicine meridian examination technique to treat damp-heat constitution with liver, kidney, spleen and stomach maintenance method. In order to provide a new therapeutic approach and objective evaluation index for clinical intervention of dampness and heat constitution. Methods: 120 patients with damp-heat constitution were enrolled in this study by using a randomized controlled, single-blind experimental design method. According to the random digital table, 60 cases were divided into two groups, each group had 60 cases, the observation time was 2 months, each course of treatment was 6 days. Before and after treatment, the changes of energy value of 12 meridians were observed by means of traditional Chinese medicine meridian detection technique. The specific grouping situation was as follows: experimental group: liver, kidney, spleen and stomach curing method to clear heat and remove dampness; Control group: general acupuncture and cupping therapy to clear heat and remove dampness; In the course of the research, all the meridians and meridians accepted by the subjects were responsible by special personnel, and the collected experimental data were collected and arranged, the database was established, and the scientific, reasonable and standardized statistical methods were used to sum up and summarize the meridians and collaterals. Results in 120 cases of total curative effect, 56 cases in the two groups completed the course of treatment, the curative effect was 88.33% and 70.17% respectively. Through the test, the difference is statistically significant, suggesting that the two different treatments can improve the dampness and heat constitution in varying degrees, and the experimental group compared with the control group. The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. (2) the scores of dampness and heat constitution symptoms in the experimental group were significantly different before and after treatment. The results showed that the two treatments were effective in improving the symptoms of dampness and heat. There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment. After the treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in the score of dampness and heat symptoms, after the test, there was a significant difference between the two groups. The results suggest that the therapeutic effect of experimental group on improving damp-heat symptom is better than that of control group. After treatment, there were significant differences in the level of 12 meridians between the two groups after treatment, indicating that the two treatments were effective in improving the meridian energy of the patients. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in improving the meridian energy. The experimental group can better regulate the meridian energy of the patients with dampness and heat constitution. Conclusion: 1. Liver, kidney, spleen and stomach maintenance method combined with the self-made prescription of clearing heat and dispelling dampness has a remarkable effect on regulating damp-heat constitution. To provide a new therapeutic approach for clinical conditioning of dampness and heat constitution; 2. This therapy can obviously improve the meridian energy of the patients with dampness and heat constitution and make it reach or tend to the state of meridian energy balance, especially in regulating the high energy state of meridian. The meridian examination technique of TCM can be used as an objective index to evaluate the clinical curative effect of damp-heat constitution and provide an objective basis for the evaluation of clinical curative effect.
