【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程日益加快的今天,科技創(chuàng)新能力已經(jīng)取代自然資源的豐富程度成為衡量一個國家綜合國力的決定性因素�？萍汲晒�轉(zhuǎn)化作為國家科技創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,它解決了如何從科學(xué)理論到實(shí)踐生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用的問題。然而,高校作為科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的重要基地,它在科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程中存在著科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的整體環(huán)境欠佳,科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的整體理念落后和科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的整體質(zhì)量不高的問題。伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷積累和迅速發(fā)展,使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化成為解決高校科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化困境的有效途徑,科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。傳統(tǒng)的信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)只能為高校提供科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化相關(guān)信息展示的功能,由于高�？萍汲晒�轉(zhuǎn)化具有專業(yè)性強(qiáng)和數(shù)目眾多的特點(diǎn),企業(yè)難以在短時間內(nèi)全方位、多角度的了解高�？萍汲晒�轉(zhuǎn)化能力。因此本文的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)使用文本關(guān)鍵詞提取實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的檢索功能和文本推薦算法實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的推薦功能,以此加強(qiáng)高校和企業(yè)之間的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息交流。本論文中的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)包括信息展示模塊、信息管理模塊、信息檢索模塊和信息推薦模塊。信息展示模塊向用戶展示科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化相關(guān)信息。信息管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)對信息展示模塊中的信息管理操作。信息檢索模塊采用文本關(guān)鍵詞提取實(shí)現(xiàn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的檢索功能。信息推薦模塊采用以文本相似度計(jì)算為基礎(chǔ)的文本推薦算法實(shí)現(xiàn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的推薦功能。首先,本文對科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,明確系統(tǒng)功能劃分、系統(tǒng)角色分析和數(shù)據(jù)庫表設(shè)計(jì)。然后,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行架構(gòu)性設(shè)計(jì),給出系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和邏輯架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)說明。最后,對信息展示模塊、信息管理模塊、信息檢索模塊和信息推薦模塊分別進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文的系統(tǒng)在性能和功能上均表現(xiàn)良好,能夠滿足系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求。
[Abstract]:Today, when the process of economic globalization is accelerating day by day, The ability of science and technology innovation has replaced the rich degree of natural resources as the decisive factor to measure a country's comprehensive national strength. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important part of the national science and technology innovation system. It solves the problem of how to transform from scientific theory to practical production. However, as an important base for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, colleges and universities have a poor overall environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. With the continuous accumulation and rapid development of Internet technology, the overall concept of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is backward and the overall quality of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is not high. The use of Internet technology to realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements through networking has become an effective way to solve the dilemma of transforming scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities. The traditional information service system can only provide the function of information display of scientific and technological achievements transformation for colleges and universities, because the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has the characteristics of being professional and numerous. It is difficult for an enterprise to be comprehensive in a short period of time. Therefore, this paper uses the text keyword extraction to realize the retrieval function of the system and the text recommendation algorithm to realize the recommendation function of the system. In order to strengthen the exchange of information between universities and enterprises on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The information service system of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in this paper includes information display module, information management module, The information retrieval module and the information recommendation module. The information display module shows users the relevant information about the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The information management module realizes the information management operation in the information display module. The information retrieval module adopts the text. The information recommendation module uses the text recommendation algorithm based on text similarity calculation to realize the recommendation function of scientific and technological achievements transformation. This paper analyzes the requirements of the information service system for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, clarifies the system function division, the system role analysis and the database table design. Finally, the information display module, the information management module, the design explanation of the system architecture and logic architecture are given. The information retrieval module and the information recommendation module are designed and implemented in detail. The performance and function of the system are good, which can meet the actual needs of the system.
