【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,人們?cè)谧非筘S富物質(zhì)生活的同時(shí),對(duì)體質(zhì)健康和科學(xué)健身關(guān)注的程度也越來(lái)越高。同時(shí),在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的大背景下,移動(dòng)終端技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,移動(dòng)終端成為了人們生活的必需品,具有出色的便捷性和實(shí)時(shí)性。因此,如何有效利用移動(dòng)終端作為體質(zhì)和運(yùn)動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)的工具具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和市場(chǎng)價(jià)值。課題組設(shè)計(jì)了國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)和科學(xué)健身指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)在各級(jí)體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)中心采集用戶體質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)、在云服務(wù)平臺(tái)分析用戶數(shù)據(jù)、下發(fā)科學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)處方、收集運(yùn)動(dòng)處方執(zhí)行結(jié)果,進(jìn)而為慢病患者提供一個(gè)持續(xù)跟蹤、科學(xué)干預(yù)的健康促進(jìn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本文立足于課題組的研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于移動(dòng)終端的國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)和科學(xué)健身指導(dǎo)客戶端以及相應(yīng)的服務(wù)端。通過(guò)詳細(xì)的功能需求分析,確定了客戶端相關(guān)模塊的具體功能和各個(gè)子模塊之間的工作機(jī)理和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,以及服務(wù)端相關(guān)模塊的功能設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)�？蛻舳税�括注冊(cè)建檔和登錄、體質(zhì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、資源、個(gè)人中心五個(gè)模塊。注冊(cè)建檔和登錄模塊提供用戶在該系統(tǒng)的登錄注冊(cè)服務(wù);體質(zhì)模塊主要記錄和監(jiān)測(cè)用戶的體質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù);運(yùn)動(dòng)模塊監(jiān)測(cè)用戶的運(yùn)動(dòng)處方執(zhí)行;資源模塊提供團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)建、運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)所搜索功能;個(gè)人中心模塊提供個(gè)人信息修改查詢、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查功能。服務(wù)端包括后臺(tái)管理網(wǎng)站、接口服務(wù)以及處方生成等模塊,后臺(tái)管理網(wǎng)站提供運(yùn)動(dòng)管理、系統(tǒng)配置等功能;接口服務(wù)模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)交互;處方模塊介紹處方生成邏輯。在客戶端和服務(wù)端的基本功能實(shí)現(xiàn)后,根據(jù)測(cè)試用例對(duì)其進(jìn)行功能和非功能性測(cè)試,并在測(cè)試無(wú)誤后將其上線投入使用。本文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的客戶端引入地圖SDK實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤定位。同時(shí),本文調(diào)研了從蘋(píng)果協(xié)處理器獲取用戶基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù),并應(yīng)用Charts等插件進(jìn)行圖形化展示的方式。在客戶端的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)上,采用NSUserDefaults輕量級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)持久化操作實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)。在客戶端的服務(wù)交互設(shè)計(jì)上,采用RESTful軟件架構(gòu)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)與云服務(wù)平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)接。本文設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的基于移動(dòng)終端的國(guó)民體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)和科學(xué)健身指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),不僅為體質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)和科學(xué)健身指導(dǎo)提供了一種全新的運(yùn)作形式,也大大降低了用戶使用成本,進(jìn)而更好地服務(wù)用戶,幫助慢病患者及早發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的健康狀況,并及時(shí)進(jìn)行改善和治療。本文下一步的研究方向是移動(dòng)終端與可穿戴傳感器等健康感知設(shè)備的結(jié)合,構(gòu)建更完善的監(jiān)測(cè)體系。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to physical health and scientific fitness while pursuing rich material life. At the same time, under the background of "Internet", With the rapid development of mobile terminal technology, mobile terminal has become a necessity of people's life, with excellent convenience and real-time. How to effectively use mobile terminal as a tool for physical and sports monitoring has strong practical significance and market value. The research group has designed a national physique monitoring and scientific fitness guidance system. The system collects user physique data at all levels of physique monitoring centers, analyzes user data in cloud service platform, issues scientific exercise prescriptions, collects exercise prescription execution results, and then provides a continuous tracking for patients with chronic diseases. This paper is based on the research results of the research group, Designed and implemented the national physique monitoring and scientific fitness guidance client and the corresponding service terminal based on mobile terminal. The service end includes the backstage management website, the interface service and the prescription generation module, etc. The background management website provides functions such as motion management, system configuration, interface service module to realize data interaction, prescription module to introduce prescription generation logic. After the basic functions of client and server are realized, According to the test cases, the functional and non-functional tests are carried out, and after the test is correct, it is put into use online. The client of this paper introduces the map SDK to realize the real-time tracking and positioning of the motion. At the same time, In this paper, we investigate how to obtain the user's basic motion data from the Apple coprocessor, and use Charts and other plug-ins to display it graphically. The key data storage is realized by using NSUserDefaults lightweight data persistence operation. Using RESTful software architecture to realize data docking with cloud service platform. This paper designs a national physique monitoring and scientific fitness guidance system based on mobile terminal. It not only provides a completely new form of operation for physique monitoring and scientific fitness guidance, but also greatly reduces the cost of using the users, thereby better serving the users and helping the patients with chronic diseases to discover their own health status as soon as possible. And timely improvement and treatment. The next research direction of this paper is the combination of mobile terminals and wearable sensors to build a better monitoring system.
