【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化水平的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)有城市道路的交通能力和服務(wù)功能已無法滿足居民的出行需要。而以綠色、生態(tài)為導(dǎo)向的城市道路橫斷面提倡綠色環(huán)保型出行方式,可緩解道路擁擠、減少環(huán)境污染,保證資源合理利用。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)城市道路橫斷面布置的研究較多,并提出了一些相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但較為零亂,尚不系統(tǒng);有關(guān)綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面的實(shí)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與優(yōu)化體系方面更是空白。因此,建設(shè)以綠色、生態(tài)為導(dǎo)向的橫斷面形式具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文全面分析了城市道路橫斷面影響因素及設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題,確定了典型綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面形式,建立了基于模糊重構(gòu)優(yōu)化DEA方法的評(píng)價(jià)模型。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下所示:(1)全面研究了城市道路橫斷面基本形式及其道路功能,從道路等級(jí)和功能、交通噪音和安全、道路景觀和綠化、交通流特征等方面提出了目前城市道路橫斷面設(shè)計(jì)的不足,為綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面設(shè)計(jì)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。(2)確定了基于交通流量的綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及布置形式,系統(tǒng)分析了城市道路橫斷面組成要素及其設(shè)置要求,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了典型綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面形式。(3)構(gòu)建了綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面影響評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在模糊重構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了兩種思路對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的DEA模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,保證了綠色生態(tài)型城市道路橫斷面評(píng)價(jià)的順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the traffic capacity and service function of existing urban roads can no longer meet the travel needs of residents. The green and eco-oriented urban road cross section advocates green and environment-friendly travel mode, which can alleviate road congestion, reduce environmental pollution and ensure the rational use of resources. At present, there are many researches on the layout of urban road cross section at home and abroad, and some related technical standards are put forward, but they are not systematic, and the actual standards and optimization system of green ecological urban road cross section are blank. Therefore, the construction of green, ecological-oriented cross-section form has important practical significance. In this paper, the influencing factors of urban road cross section and the problems existing in the design are comprehensively analyzed, the typical green ecological urban road cross section form is determined, and the evaluation model based on fuzzy reconstruction optimization DEA method is established. The main contents of the study are as follows: (1) A comprehensive study of the basic form of urban road cross-section and its road functions, from road grade and function, traffic noise and safety, road landscape and greening, Traffic flow characteristics and other aspects of the current urban road cross-section design deficiencies, It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the design of green ecological urban road cross section.) it determines the selection standard and layout form of green ecological city road cross section based on traffic flow. Based on the systematic analysis of the elements of urban road cross section and its setting requirements, this paper puts forward the typical green ecological urban road cross section form. 3) and constructs the green ecological urban road cross section impact evaluation index system. On the basis of fuzzy reconstruction, two ways of thinking are put forward to optimize the traditional DEA model to ensure the smooth implementation of the green ecological urban road cross-section evaluation.
