《非你莫屬》中主持人的身份構(gòu)建分析

近年來,電視求職節(jié)目《非你莫屬》吸引了眾多研究者的目光,本文也將就這個(gè)話題進(jìn)行探討。本文將研究《非你莫屬》節(jié)目中主持人的身份構(gòu)建,并將采用范·戴克所提出的社會(huì)認(rèn)知法來進(jìn)行。 首先,本文的研究重點(diǎn)是通過對(duì)主持人與求職者之間的對(duì)話數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析來研究身份構(gòu)建。經(jīng)過深入的探究,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)主持人在主持過程中的身份構(gòu)建分為兩個(gè)層次:從宏觀上,主持人將自己構(gòu)建成為平易近人的朋友形象,但是當(dāng)某些條件觸發(fā)時(shí),主持人就將自己的身份構(gòu)建成了一個(gè)嚴(yán)厲的求職指導(dǎo)者形象。 其次,本文也通過使用范·戴克的社會(huì)認(rèn)知法來研究主持人身份構(gòu)建的機(jī)制。通過對(duì)語境和話語的宏觀和微觀研究,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)主持人的身份是通過主持人形成的語境模型操控語言使用構(gòu)建而成的。 最后,本分析還發(fā)現(xiàn)主持人的身份構(gòu)建過程對(duì)求職過程產(chǎn)生影響。研究顯示,主持人的語言使用將老板們的注意力吸引到應(yīng)聘者的優(yōu)點(diǎn)或者缺點(diǎn)上,這就造成了某些優(yōu)點(diǎn)或者缺點(diǎn)被擴(kuò)大,影響了老板們對(duì)求職者的公正判斷。
