【摘要】：益生菌因其調(diào)節(jié)人體腸道微生態(tài)平衡的獨(dú)特作用,已被廣泛用于預(yù)防或治療多種腸道疾病,但其作用機(jī)制目前尚未完全闡明,進(jìn)而限制了其功能性研究及應(yīng)用。本文主要就益生菌在免疫調(diào)節(jié)、增強(qiáng)腸道屏障、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性黏附黏膜等方面對(duì)改善腸道功能的作用機(jī)制及對(duì)不同腸道疾病的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展作一綜述,以期為益生菌后續(xù)的相關(guān)研究提供參照。
[Abstract]:Probiotics have been widely used to prevent or treat many kinds of intestinal diseases because of their unique role in regulating the microecological balance of human intestine. However, the mechanism of probiotics has not been fully elucidated at present. In this paper, the mechanism of probiotics in improving intestinal function in immune regulation, enhancing intestinal barrier, competitive adhesion to mucous membrane, and the progress in the application of probiotics to different intestinal diseases are reviewed. In order to provide reference for the further study of probiotics.
