臭氧治療非酒精性脂肪肝:細(xì)胞因子水平的變化

【摘要】:背景:臭氧溶于血液治療疾病目前已作為指南之外的補充治療或者輔助治療方法,但研究報告多為臨床療效描述性觀察,臭氧治療是否影響血清細(xì)胞因子尚不清楚。目的:觀察臭氧自體血回輸治療對非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清一氧化氮、前列腺素F-2a、白細(xì)胞介素6、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白、瘦素的影響。方法:選取2013年10月至2014年6月于新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院肝病科住院治療的非酒精性脂肪肝患者36例,按患者意愿分為臭氧治療組和對照組,對照組單獨護肝藥物治療,治療組在護肝藥物治療基礎(chǔ)上加用臭氧自體血回輸治療,所有伴有2型糖尿病和(或)血脂紊亂的入選者均接受專業(yè)的降糖和(或)降脂治療,測定所有入選者治療前后血清一氧化氮、前列腺素F-2a、白細(xì)胞介素6、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白、氧化低密度脂蛋白、瘦素水平。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:與對照組相比,治療組患者治療前血清中前列腺素F-2a和瘦素水平較高(P≤0.05),治療前后兩組患者瘦素差值水平差異無顯著性意義(P0.05),而前列腺素F-2a治療前后差值水平差異仍具有顯著性意義(P=0.02)。提示臭氧自體血回輸治療可降低非酒精性脂肪肝患者瘦素水平,改善非酒精性脂肪肝患者瘦素抵抗,對非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者遠(yuǎn)期預(yù)后可能有預(yù)防及治療作用。
