【摘要】：目的觀察盆底表面肌電生物反饋聯(lián)合"認(rèn)知-協(xié)調(diào)-建構(gòu)"的心理干預(yù)治療功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法治療組30例盆底表面肌電生物反饋聯(lián)合"認(rèn)知-協(xié)調(diào)-建構(gòu)"的心理干預(yù)療法,對(duì)照組30例盆底表面肌電生物反饋+基礎(chǔ)療法組,兩組患者治療2個(gè)療程后對(duì)照治療前后諸癥積分變化情況。結(jié)果兩組患者治療前后癥狀積分、心理狀態(tài)均有不同程度的改善;對(duì)兩組間治療后的主要臨床癥狀改善進(jìn)行比較,除對(duì)排便費(fèi)力、排便時(shí)間的改善,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),其余各指標(biāo)治療后兩組積分無(wú)明顯差異(P0.05);SCL-90的各因子在治療前后對(duì)比,軀體化、強(qiáng)迫、抑郁、精神病性、飲食有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論盆底表面肌電生物反饋與心理干預(yù)療法具有協(xié)同的作用,治療功能性便秘優(yōu)于盆底表面肌電生物反饋+基礎(chǔ)療法,可以顯著改善功能性便秘患者的臨床癥狀及心理狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of pelvic surface electromyoelectric biofeedback (EMG) combined with cognition-coordination-construction in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods 30 cases of pelvic floor electromyoelectric biofeedback combined with "cognitive-coordination-construction" psychological intervention therapy were used in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. After two courses of treatment, the patients in the two groups were compared with the changes of the symptom scores before and after treatment. Results the scores of symptoms and psychological state of the two groups were improved in different degrees before and after treatment, and the main clinical symptoms after treatment were compared between the two groups, except for the improvement of defecation effort and defecation time. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the other two groups after treatment. There were significant differences in the factors of SCL-90 before and after treatment, such as somatization, compulsion, depression, psychosis and diet. Conclusion EMG biofeedback on pelvic floor has synergistic effect with psychological intervention therapy. The treatment of functional constipation is superior to the basic therapy of EMG biofeedback on pelvic floor surface. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and psychological status of patients with functional constipation.
