淫羊藿提取物的抗炎作用及其機(jī)制(英文)

淫羊藿是一種常用的傳統(tǒng)中藥.黃酮類成分是淫羊藿的主要有效成分,其中淫羊藿苷是含量最高的單體成分,淫羊藿素是淫羊藿苷的代謝產(chǎn)物.最近10余年來(lái),學(xué)者對(duì)淫羊藿提取物的藥理作用進(jìn)行了許多研究,表明淫羊藿黃酮,尤其是淫羊藿苷及其衍生物,在骨質(zhì)疏松癥、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎、神經(jīng)和精神疾病、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化、哮喘和肺部疾病、炎癥性腸病、腎臟疾病、皮膚病、自身免疫性疾病和癌癥等多個(gè)與慢性炎癥有關(guān)的疾病模型中顯示了良好的抗炎作用.淫羊藿苷及其衍生物發(fā)揮抗炎作用的分子機(jī)制主要包括降低炎癥細(xì)胞因子釋放和NF-κB信號(hào)通路激活,抑制NLRP3/caspase-1/IL-1β、STAT和MAPK介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路,上調(diào)Nrf2/ARE/HO-1信號(hào)通路以及糖皮質(zhì)激素受體和雌激素受體下游信號(hào)通路等.本文綜述了該領(lǐng)域的近期研究進(jìn)展,提示淫羊藿及其所含的活性化合物具有治療多種慢性炎癥相關(guān)疾病的潛力.
