【摘要】："肥瘡"一名在中醫(yī)古籍中的所指內(nèi)涵較為混亂,除了指黃癬之外,有時(shí)還指"黃肌瘡"、或"黃水瘡"、或"燕口瘡"、或"腦疳"、或"奶癬"、或"肥粘瘡"。文章梳理了"肥瘡"在不同歷史時(shí)期中醫(yī)古籍中的不同內(nèi)涵,按照名詞規(guī)范單義性原則,有必要將其他含義剝離出去,由相應(yīng)病名來指稱。同時(shí),指出"黃癩痢"比"肥瘡"作為規(guī)范名詞更符合名詞規(guī)范的科學(xué)性、單義性原則。
[Abstract]:The meaning of "fat sore" in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine is more chaotic. In addition to referring to tinea flavus, sometimes it also refers to "yellow muscle sore", or "yellow water sore", or "swallow mouth sore", or "chancre", or "milkworm", or "fat viscosity sore". This paper combs the different connotations of "fat sore" in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine in different historical periods. According to the principle of normality of nouns, it is necessary to separate the other meanings and refer to them by the corresponding disease names. At the same time, it is pointed out that "yellow scabby dysentery" is more in line with the scientific and monosomatic principle of noun specification than "fat sore" as a standard noun.
