【摘要】：全心全意為人民服務(wù)是公安工作的根本宗旨。然而,新常態(tài)下,社會矛盾凸顯,各方利益訴求難以平衡,如何不斷提高群眾的安全感和滿意度,成為亟待公安機關(guān)解決的難題。警務(wù)回訪機制的創(chuàng)建和完善嘗試著去解決上述問題。警務(wù)回訪不僅是公安工作舉措的創(chuàng)新,更是理念的創(chuàng)新,真正做到了從人民群眾滿意的地方做起,從人民群眾不滿意的地方改起。警務(wù)回訪平臺正成為“警務(wù)公開的窗口、服務(wù)民生的平臺、聯(lián)系群眾的紐帶”。本文通過親身參與日照市公安警務(wù)回訪中的各項工作實踐、收集回訪中的各項數(shù)據(jù)資料和與警務(wù)回訪民警的座談交流。通過對警務(wù)回訪的理論基礎(chǔ)、日照市公安警務(wù)回訪開展的背景進行分析,探索警務(wù)回訪的深層意義和現(xiàn)實啟發(fā),推動警務(wù)回訪的理論和實踐應(yīng)用發(fā)展,進而找出完善警務(wù)回訪新機制的途徑和方法,從而為社會管理創(chuàng)新和警務(wù)管理創(chuàng)新尋找到一條有效路徑。
[Abstract]:Serving the people wholeheartedly is the fundamental aim of public security work. However, under the new normal, the social contradictions are prominent, the interests of all parties are difficult to balance, how to continuously improve the security and satisfaction of the masses, become an urgent problem to be solved by the public security organs. The establishment and perfection of the mechanism of police return visit tries to solve the above problems. The police return visit is not only the innovation of the public security work, but also the innovation of the idea. Police return visit platform is becoming the window of police affairs openness, the platform of serving people's livelihood and the tie of connecting the masses. Through participating in the work practice of the police return visit in Rizhao City, this paper collects all the data and exchange with the police in the return visit. Based on the theoretical basis of police return visit, the background of police return visit in Rizhao city is analyzed, the deep meaning and realistic inspiration of police return visit are explored, and the development of theory and practice of police return visit is promoted. Then find out the way and method to perfect the new mechanism of police return visit, and find an effective way for the social management innovation and the police management innovation.
