【摘要】：目的:探索臨床診斷與尸體檢驗(yàn)的診斷相關(guān)性。方法:在2008年1月至2016年1月期間收集200份醫(yī)患糾紛的尸檢資料為此次研究對(duì)象,分析內(nèi)容主要包括性別、年齡、住院時(shí)間、醫(yī)院等級(jí)等。結(jié)果:從總體情況角度分析,200份尸檢資料中,診斷結(jié)果完全不一致的有62份,完全一致的有89份,診斷結(jié)果部分不一致的有35份,無法比較的有14份;其中三級(jí)醫(yī)院和二級(jí)醫(yī)院解剖數(shù)量呈大幅度上升;而導(dǎo)致兩種診斷結(jié)果不一致的原因?yàn)槟挲g、性別、住院時(shí)間的長短、醫(yī)院等級(jí)的劃分。結(jié)論:加強(qiáng)臨床法醫(yī)學(xué)尸體檢驗(yàn)工作,可減少臨床醫(yī)療過錯(cuò)的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the correlation between clinical diagnosis and cadaveric examination. Methods: from January 2008 to January 2016, 200 autopsy data of doctor-patient disputes were collected. The main contents of the analysis included sex, age, length of stay in hospital, hospital grade and so on. Results: of the 200 autopsy data, 62 were completely inconsistent, 89 were completely consistent, 35 were partially inconsistent, and 14 could not be compared. Among them, the number of anatomical anatomy in the tertiary hospital and the second-grade hospital was increased by a large margin, and the reasons leading to the inconsistency of the two diagnostic results were age, sex, length of stay in hospital, and the classification of hospital grade. Conclusion: strengthening clinical forensic cadaver examination can reduce the occurrence of clinical medical fault.
