【摘要】：正2010年11月22日,重慶市三屆人大常委會(huì)第二十次會(huì)議召開,審議市政府提請(qǐng)的《重慶市食品安全條例(草案)》。但經(jīng)本次會(huì)議一審后,因各種原因,根據(jù)立法法等相關(guān)規(guī)定,市政府卻依法提請(qǐng)將該《條例》草案進(jìn)行了撤回,最后以第246號(hào)政府令的形式發(fā)布了《重慶市食品安全管理辦法》。《條例》草案為何"流產(chǎn)"?這其中有什么隱情?食品安全到底還存在哪些問題呢?
[Abstract]:On November 22, 2010, the 20th meeting of the standing Committee of the third Chongqing Municipal people's Congress was held to discuss the Chongqing Food Safety regulations (draft) as requested by the municipal government. However, after the first instance of this meeting, for various reasons and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legislative Law, the municipal government, according to law, requested that the draft "regulations" be withdrawn.
