【摘要】：正4月27日,處置非法集資聯(lián)席會議成員單位在北京召開防范和處置非法集資法律政策宣傳座談會,同時(shí)啟動2016年全國防范非法集資宣傳月活動。必須承認(rèn),針對目前以部分偽P2P為主要呈現(xiàn)形式的非法集資,監(jiān)管力度正在從早期的包容性監(jiān)管到中期的間隙性監(jiān)管、再到當(dāng)下的嚴(yán)厲整治,監(jiān)管力度之所以越來越嚴(yán),不僅與其吸納資金的規(guī)模
[Abstract]:On April 27, member units of the joint meeting on dealing with illegal fund-raising held a forum in Beijing on legal policies to prevent and dispose of illegal fund-raising, and launched the 2016 National propaganda month for the Prevention of illegal Fund-raising. It must be admitted that in view of the current illegal fund-raising in the main form of partial pseudo-P2P, the supervision is changing from the early inclusive supervision to the mid-term gap supervision, and then to the current strict rectification. The reason why the supervision is becoming more and more stringent is not only related to the scale of its absorption of funds.
