【摘要】：目前,我國尚未出臺專門規(guī)制網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件的法律法規(guī),導(dǎo)致預(yù)防網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件沒有完善的措施和健全的應(yīng)急處置機制與監(jiān)督管理措施。立足于法治社會的構(gòu)建,文章分別從網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件的由來、主要特征以及危害性等方面對網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件進(jìn)行剖析,并總結(jié)歸納了網(wǎng)絡(luò)突發(fā)事件法律規(guī)制的途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, China has not issued any laws and regulations specifically regulating network emergencies, which leads to the lack of perfect measures to prevent network emergencies and sound emergency disposal mechanisms and supervision and management measures. Based on the construction of a society ruled by law, this paper analyzes the origin, main characteristics and harmfulness of network emergencies from the aspects of the origin, main characteristics and harmfulness of network emergencies, and summarizes the ways of legal regulation of network emergencies.
