基于價(jià)值鏈的如意集團(tuán)進(jìn)口羊毛經(jīng)營(yíng)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:作為我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)、重要民生產(chǎn)業(yè)和創(chuàng)造國(guó)際化新優(yōu)勢(shì)的產(chǎn)業(yè),我國(guó)的紡織業(yè)正在面臨著一系列新的形勢(shì)變化。從全球服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的地位來(lái)看,中國(guó)紡織制造企業(yè)以O(shè)EM貼牌代工方式嵌入由全球領(lǐng)先公司主導(dǎo)的全球生產(chǎn)體系,仍位于全球價(jià)值鏈低端、微利、低科技含量、低附加值的勞動(dòng)密集型生產(chǎn)制造環(huán)節(jié)。在全球價(jià)值鏈中逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)或構(gòu)建新價(jià)值鏈分步實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),是增強(qiáng)我國(guó)紡織企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措。過(guò)去以如意集團(tuán)為代表的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)紡織企業(yè)依靠勞動(dòng)力成本和自然資源的比較優(yōu)勢(shì),以代工者的身份參與到紡織服裝全球價(jià)值鏈中的低端制造環(huán)節(jié),并寄希望于跨國(guó)公司的技術(shù)溢出實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值鏈的攀升,獲得更多的分工收益。目前如意集團(tuán)逐漸突破以跨國(guó)采購(gòu)商主導(dǎo)的俘獲型價(jià)值鏈,擺脫對(duì)資源依賴,提高自主研發(fā)能力,用科技贏得行業(yè)話語(yǔ)權(quán),發(fā)展壯大品牌,提高了產(chǎn)品附加值;趦r(jià)值鏈的視角,以如意集團(tuán)作為中國(guó)紡織企業(yè)的典型案例,分析其毛紡產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,找到其在羊毛原料采購(gòu)方面有待完善和提升的地方。然后,對(duì)如意集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有進(jìn)口羊毛經(jīng)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行分析和探討,分析其優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出新的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,并且分析新經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),探討新模式下如何提高如意集團(tuán)羊毛產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的管理水平和盈利能力,如何做到如意集團(tuán)羊毛類原料產(chǎn)品的統(tǒng)購(gòu)統(tǒng)銷,探討實(shí)施羊毛產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中羊毛類產(chǎn)品的控制和管理的方法,以達(dá)到羊毛類產(chǎn)品管理信息化、科學(xué)化、降低成本、提升效益的目的。此研究不僅有利于提升我國(guó)紡織行業(yè)的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而且為其他紡織服裝企業(yè)不斷提升其在全球價(jià)值鏈中的地位提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:As the traditional pillar industry of our country, the important people's livelihood industry and the industry that creates the internationalization new superiority, our country's textile industry is facing a series of new situation changes. From the position of the global garment industry value chain, the Chinese textile manufacturing enterprises embed the global production system dominated by the leading global companies in the way of OEM label and contract manufacturing. They are still located at the low end of the global value chain, with little profit and low technology content. Low value-added labor-intensive manufacturing links. Gradually realizing the transformation and upgrading in the global value chain or constructing the new value chain step by step is an important strategic measure to enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese textile enterprises. In the past, China's traditional textile enterprises, represented by Ruyi Group, relied on the comparative advantages of labor costs and natural resources to participate in low-end manufacturing links in the textile and clothing global value chain as contractors. And hopes that the multinational company technology spillover realizes the value chain climb, obtains more division of labor income. At present, Ruyi Group has gradually broken through the capture value chain dominated by multinational buyers, got rid of the dependence on resources, improved its independent R & D ability, won the voice of the industry with science and technology, developed and strengthened its brand, and increased the added value of its products. Based on the view of value chain, this paper takes Ruyi Group as a typical case of Chinese textile enterprises, analyzes the competitive ability of each link of woolen industry chain, and finds out the place to be perfected and promoted in the procurement of wool raw materials. Then, the paper analyzes and discusses the existing imported wool management mode of Ruyi Group, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. On the basis of this, a new management model is put forward, and the advantages of the new management model are analyzed, and how to improve the management level and profitability of the wool industry chain of Ruyi Group under the new mode is discussed. How to achieve the unified purchase and sale of wool raw material products of Ruyi Group, and discuss the methods of the control and management of wool products in the wool industrial chain, in order to achieve the purpose of information, scientific management, lower cost and higher benefit of wool products. This study is not only conducive to improving the overall competitiveness of China's textile industry, but also provides reference and reference for other textile and garment enterprises to continuously enhance their position in the global value chain.
