【摘要】：正2009年,中共中央組織部、中共財政部黨組印發(fā)《關(guān)于進一步加強注冊會計師行業(yè)黨的建設(shè)工作的通知》,這是我國注冊會計師行業(yè)黨建工作具有里程碑意義的重要文件,為加強行業(yè)黨建工作提供了政策依據(jù)和理論指導(dǎo)。按照通知精神全面加強行業(yè)黨建工作以來,我國注冊會計師行業(yè)創(chuàng)建了"條塊結(jié)合、充分發(fā)揮行業(yè)黨組織作用"的黨建工作管理體制,實現(xiàn)了黨的組織和工作"雙覆蓋"、事務(wù)所黨組織隸屬關(guān)系和黨員組織關(guān)系"雙理順",連續(xù)開
[Abstract]:In 2009, the CPC Central Committee Organization Department and the CPC Ministry of Finance Party Group issued the Circular on further strengthening the Party Building of the CPA profession, which is an important document of milestone significance in the party building work of the CPA profession in China. For strengthening the industry party building work to provide policy basis and theoretical guidance. Since the party building work of the industry has been comprehensively strengthened in accordance with the spirit of the circular, China's certified public accountants industry has established a management system for party building work that "combines sections and gives full play to the role of the party organizations in the industry." It has realized the "double coverage" of the Party's organization and work, the subordinate relation of the Party organization in the firm and the relationship between the Party organization and the Party member's organization, and has been continuously opened.
