【摘要】：通過(guò)分析目標(biāo)成本法的原理、程序和方法,闡述目標(biāo)成本法與公立醫(yī)院基建項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的關(guān)聯(lián)性、實(shí)用性和可行性。通過(guò)實(shí)際應(yīng)用,目標(biāo)成本法能大幅降低醫(yī)院基建工程的建設(shè)成本,因此,在新醫(yī)改的大背景下,目標(biāo)成本法可以在公立醫(yī)院基建工程成本控制中進(jìn)行推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the principle, procedure and method of the objective cost method, this paper expounds the relevance, practicability and feasibility of the objective cost method and the construction of public hospital infrastructure projects. Through practical application, objective cost method can greatly reduce the construction cost of hospital infrastructure project. Therefore, under the background of new medical reform, objective cost method can be popularized and applied in the cost control of public hospital capital construction project.
