【摘要】：良好的知識組織是知識應(yīng)用的前提,是知識價值發(fā)掘的基礎(chǔ)。本文概述了知識組織的定義、研究范圍、研究方法,在實踐的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一套基于專業(yè)體系的知識組織方法,該方法將企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識按專業(yè)體系分類,知識的各種特性附屬于各個專業(yè),建立起知識收集、整理、入庫的組織過程,且將其應(yīng)用于實際的企業(yè)知識管理系統(tǒng)中,最后探討了此方法的理論和應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Good knowledge organization is the premise of knowledge application and the foundation of knowledge value discovery. This paper summarizes the definition, research scope and research methods of knowledge organization. On the basis of practice, a set of knowledge organization method based on professional system is put forward. All kinds of characteristics of knowledge are attached to various specialties, and the organization process of knowledge collection, collation and storage is established, and applied to the practical enterprise knowledge management system. Finally, the theoretical and practical value of this method is discussed.
