微型脈沖管制冷機調(diào)相部件的數(shù)值模擬和實驗研究

【摘要】:由于脈沖管制冷機冷端沒有運動部件,具有可靠性高、壽命長、振動小等優(yōu)點,非常適合應(yīng)用于空間領(lǐng)域。本文介紹了一款微型脈沖管制冷機的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)值模擬和實驗性能,其線性壓縮機采用動磁式結(jié)構(gòu),板彈簧支撐和間隙密封技術(shù),膨脹機的蓄冷器和脈沖管為同軸型布置,這種結(jié)構(gòu)使冷頭與器件之間的耦合非常方便。使用SAGE軟件對脈沖管制冷機的調(diào)相機構(gòu)進行數(shù)值模擬,并對模擬結(jié)果進行實驗驗證。
[Abstract]:Because the pulse tube refrigerator has no moving parts at the cold end, it has the advantages of high reliability, long life and small vibration, so it is very suitable for space applications. In this paper, the basic structure, numerical simulation and experimental performance of a miniature pulse tube refrigerator are introduced. The linear compressor adopts dynamic magnetic structure, plate spring support and clearance sealing technology, and the accumulator and pulse tube of the expander are coaxial. This structure makes the coupling between the cold head and the device very convenient. The phase modulation mechanism of pulse tube refrigerator is numerically simulated with SAGE software, and the experimental results are verified.
