泵驅(qū)動(dòng)兩相復(fù)合制冷機(jī)組變頻運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)特性

【摘要】:為研究泵驅(qū)動(dòng)兩相復(fù)合制冷機(jī)組的工作特性,特別是換熱性能隨工質(zhì)泵頻率和室內(nèi)外溫差的變化規(guī)律,搭建泵驅(qū)動(dòng)兩相復(fù)合制冷機(jī)組的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究.在本實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置中,蒸氣壓縮制冷模式分別采用2.63 k W壓縮機(jī)和3.75 k W壓縮機(jī)作為驅(qū)動(dòng)元件,泵驅(qū)動(dòng)兩相冷卻模式采用帶變頻器的工質(zhì)泵驅(qū)動(dòng).結(jié)果表明:室內(nèi)溫度25℃、室外溫度10℃時(shí),機(jī)組換熱量隨工質(zhì)泵頻率先增大后減小,在工質(zhì)泵頻率為35 Hz時(shí)達(dá)到最大值;能效比(energy efficiency ratio,EER)隨工質(zhì)泵頻率初始變化不明顯,然后逐漸降低.在室外溫度為0~30℃時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得了2種運(yùn)行模式的性能變化情況和最佳轉(zhuǎn)換溫度.
