一種抗時序數(shù)據(jù)噪聲的冬小麥識別方法研究

【摘要】:冬小麥?zhǔn)侨蛑饕Z食作物之一,及時、準(zhǔn)確地獲取冬小麥的空間分布信息對于開展冬小麥長勢監(jiān)測、輔助宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)決策和應(yīng)對全球氣候變化下的糧食安全等方面具有重要意義。利用2014年9月30日至2015年6月26日冬小麥生長季內(nèi)35個時相的MODISQ1數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品,生成NDVI時間序列數(shù)據(jù)集,在物候分析的基礎(chǔ)上選擇識別特征,由此構(gòu)建了一種抗時序數(shù)據(jù)噪聲的冬小麥識別方法,將該方法應(yīng)用于河南省的冬小麥提取,結(jié)果表明,整個研究區(qū)的冬小麥總體識別精度達(dá)到了93.0%,耕地地塊規(guī)則區(qū)和破碎區(qū)的冬小麥識別精度分別為94.0%和86.0%;與傳統(tǒng)的基于時間序列提取冬小麥的方法相比,新方法在不同濾波情景下的冬小麥識別精度均較高且穩(wěn)定,說明該方法可用于基于植被指數(shù)時序數(shù)據(jù)的大范圍冬小麥空間分布信息的快速提取,同時也為冬小麥提取工作的業(yè)務(wù)化實施提供了新的技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Winter wheat is one of the main food crops in the world. Timely and accurately obtaining the spatial distribution information of winter wheat can be used to monitor the growth of winter wheat. Supporting macroeconomic decision-making and addressing food security in the context of global climate change are important. From September 30, 2014 to June 26, 2015, 35 MODISQ1 data products of winter wheat growing season were used to generate NDVI time series data set, and to select identification features based on phenological analysis. A method of winter wheat recognition against noise of time series data was constructed and applied to the extraction of winter wheat in Henan Province. The results showed that the overall recognition accuracy of winter wheat in the whole research area was 93.0. The recognition accuracy of winter wheat was 94.0% and 86.0% in regular area and broken area of cultivated land, respectively. Compared with the traditional method of extracting winter wheat based on time series, the new method is more accurate and stable in different filtering scenarios. This method can be used to extract the spatial distribution information of winter wheat based on vegetation index time series data, and it also provides a new technical support for the operational implementation of winter wheat extraction.
